Aldo and this company are great! We have monthly service set up and have for 2 years now. Aldo will go above and beyond to make sure our house is sealed off keeping insects out. He initially came out when we had an infestation of bed begs because our tenant brought them in. He did a fantastic job of ridding our house of them without the need of fumigation. Aldo is courteous, respectful and kind. Our 7 year old loves when he comes over. I highly recommend this company!

Best Pest control company we have every used!

After experiencing a large rattlesnake in our backyard, and fear of our dogs being struck, we contacted Critter Control to receive an estimate on replacing our existing snake fence. The sales representative was friendly and professional. He also inspected areas around the house and in the attic for possible critter activity. The attic received a clean bill of health, but he pointed out where there had been activity on the exterior of the house, and places that need to be sealed. He provided separate estimates, and was not a high pressure or pushy sales person. I received other estimates, and Critter Control was by far the most reasonable, and affordable. The technician who removed the old snake fence and installed the new one was also extremely courteous and professional. He took the time to answer any questions I asked, and never appeared annoyed by my interruptions. I fully intend to use them in the future to do the other work I received an estimate on. I highly recommend Critter Control. John was the sales rep, and Ray was the technician. They were two of the nicest and most professional men I have dealt with in business since moving to AZ.

We receive a monthly preventative spray and inspection service for nine different target pests. We have also had the Termite treatment and annual inspection. We have been with Vintage Pest for nearly ten years. We were first serviced by Stacey, and now by Mark. We have found their service to be quick, dependable, reliable, and effective. They have all been friendly, courteous, responsive, and attentive. They arrive on time, and complete a thorough job. We have found the costs to be very reasonable. We would, and have, recommended them to all of our friends, family, and neighbors. We are very pleased overall with every aspect of Vintage Pest, and intend to stay with them for a long time.

Knowledgeable company who came to my rescue. Unknowingly, the gardener had disturbed an underground bee hive and the angry bees were holding me hostage in the house! I called The Beekeepers and they were able to remedy my dilemma the same day. I highly recommend this company.

The service provider was professional and customer-oriented throughout the call. They contacted the customer upon arrival to review the service plan, performed the interior and exterior work quickly, and reviewed the results before leaving. The service was excellent.

When we bought our house we found scorpions everywhere. I was stung twice! Since I was brand new to the area I just called one of the random names on a flyer. So glad I did! Bulwark has been amazing. Great customer service, exceptionally kind and knowledgeable technicians, and most importantly I never see scorpions ? anymore unless they are dead! Huge shout out to Joel, who is so great. I don’t post many reviews. But wanted to say how pleased I am with Guardian and their service tech David. Always very helpful and responsive, when I’ve had an issue. There have been challenges with my house, based on the way it was built and set up. He has always met the challenges with professionalism and provided great service. Would highly recommend

I seen my grandmother was having an issue with bugs while I was visiting her, so I called BIO-Chem and they sent Kyle out. He was so nice and did his job very well. My grandmother loved him, he was very knowledgeable about his job. We would highly ask for him again if ever needed. Kyle thank you!!

I used Green Mango for a very long time and was constantly calling them back out to re-treat in between scheduled services. Since I have been with Happy Bees, I have had nothing but a positive experience with results delivered as promised. What a great Company this is! They are pollinator friendly, which I love (so do the butterflies that visit my flowers) and they know there stuff. Stephanie is always willing to share her knowledge and give advice. I am a customer for life!

Been using AZ Pest Prevention since we bought our house in 2002. Service is top notch, prices are reasonable. Steve and his employees are always courteous and great to work with.

Better price and service than the big companies. One of the big companies wanted to charge 1200 for all these unnecessary things but they were able to control the problem for way less than that. The owner was the one who serviced me and was very professional and honest. They were always on time and available whenever I needed them. Definitely will use them again and recommend them to others!

We have been using Lisa @ Pink Mantis for years. She is consistent and changes her treatments based on what we are seeing. Example. We started seeing a ton of Scorpions, and honestly until last year we have hardly seen any, changed her treatment to target the exact areas we were seeing them. That next week we had a significant decrease in seeing them, and I go out every night with my black light looking for them. She takes time to educate us on what works the best and what we can expect. We use her monthly. High recommended.

We have used them at three different houses for both bugs and rodents and have been satisfied each time. Very professional service and knowledgeable technicians. The tech was excellent and extremely thoughtful, making sure to not track mud inside the house.

Very happy with Fromms Pest Control. We were scheduled quickly and provided with not only exceptional service, but great customer service too! Nick was able to work with our schedule and educated us on what was going on in our home! Five stars isn’t enough! We received quotes from multiple companies and Fromms was by far the best and didn’t come with any contracts or added charges on the day of service!

Never accept an inspection / treatment for termites from budget brothers pest control. They dont honor thier warranties. Terrible customer service.

My equipment is leaking at the pump (small pin hole in the metal case) and the shroud is cracked. We bought the equipment less than two years ago but have only used it about a dozen times and it has been garage kept. They told me there was nothing they could do about the pin hole as they didn't believe the pump manufacture would cover it. They never bothered to get back to me about the shroud. When I bought it they delayed shipping also. Save yourself some aggravation and buy elsewhere.

The customer service via phone with pest service representative - specifically speaking with Marcus - was superb. He answered my questions right away, helped my scheduling issues, and was very friendly and kind. Kudos!

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.

About 5 times the price of any other pest control company. I didn't choose them. My old pest guy sold his company to them. Very shady, claimed they had multiple guys at my location for 4 hours and they cleaned the floor drains, look at the camera and that is not what happend.
