Annette and ken are absolutely wonderful. They always address any need I have promptly and professionally. I have been a customer since the beginning. I have an assisted living home and they are always so responsive to my needs and for my residents. They do my pest control on house and grounds, take care of spring bee problems. I can call Annette and talk over problems with pests and she has never once in all these years let me down. Their charges are so reasonable and their follow up is amazing. They could use customer service training in office. New staff was not confident in the products and services they offer and how to accommodate if you make a mistake. In all fairness...they are working on it with Management. I'm going to continue my service with them as things seem to be turning around. Ashley is the best and the owner!!

I use ryan for weed control. He is very knowledgeable with plants, trees and insects. I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

2nd Reply to Invader- Fred, Joie or whoever is responding, We actually DID contact you with our concerns about the holes & rat return BEFORE writing this review. You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.

Great company and great service. Always show up when they say they will and always put down delta dust at every egress. Very thorough with they’re work and it’s usually Shawn’s brother that shows up, every time. I have used them for 3.5 yrs and never a new face. Very trustworthy as I’ve never needed to escort them through the property or inside the house. As a person that is a native of AZ, I can attest the delta dust stops crickets and scorpions. These guys are one of the only ones that use it and they use liberal amounts! It’s white powder that they put at the corners of the entrance points in the home. It’s not pretty but it keeps you from having to take a toddler at 1am to the emergency room for a scorpion sting. Trust me these guys know their stuff, this is what they do! Scorpions are no joke!
Thank you for everything Shawn! The wife convinced me to move to a small farm town in Iowa, in exchange for my own ride on lawn mower and all the snow I could want! I left all your info for the new owners!

DO NOT hire these guys! Not worth the savings!!! This is the first review I've ever left on a company. I have to say it has been the worst experience. Completely unprofessional. Over the past few years I have had them out to my property for revisits on a consistent basis. They were times that someone would not even show up. Each time they came out the service provider at that time would assure they had found were the problem was coming from and that they wouldn't return. They have continually returned in the same spot all these years. The customer service is very unprofessional. Every time I have called over the past weeks someone says that they are having the owner call me back. Never a call. The other day i called and the gentleman who answered the phone stated there was notes saying that the owner will have no contact with me. They told me I was being refunded and it would be returned as original payment and days later i got a check for a quarter the amount and everyone in management refuses to speak to me. I finally after calling almost daily got some answers from David who answers the phone. They have been treating my house all these years and lying to me on several occasions. I understand termites come back but they have never been gone. My friends who have used other companies have never had an issue. Unfortunately I lost money on this and now have damage. If you are shopping around, I can assure you this company is not a good choice. It may be cheaper than others and there is a reason for that! Very unfortunate situation and unfortunate that there are Professional companies out there like this.

My mom had a rodent problem that needed to be dealt with immediately. Green Arrow Pest Solutions came to the rescue. They were extremely professional, fast and came up with a plan to solve the problem on the first visit and got right to work. My mom was delighted to have such fast, efficient and professional service and I was so delighted to have the situation resolved I have switch to Green Arrow for quarterly pest control.

I had Kyle Wilbert come out to get rid of some critters, and I can't recommend him enough. He's very thorough and knowledgeable about pest control and funny to boot! Some guy's only come out to do a job with no real expertise, but not Kyle. He will explain to you what you're facing and how he will deal with it, AND what to expect in the days to come. Sorry I'm raving but you just don't get this kind of great service anymore! Call Bio-Chem if you got bugs, and ask for Kyle. He's the best in the business.

I have major respect for the crew with Phoenix Pigeon Control. They did excellent work getting rid of the pigeon problem at the front entrance of my office building. I was happy with their removal methods and they cleaned up the mess from the birds so well. Since the service we have had no more issues with pigeons trying to roost in the entrance area, no more noises and mess, and no clients dodging birds walking in.

Have been using alliance for over a year now. Richard has been great to work with as he is on time and had great recommendations for our cricket problem. Excellent pricing compared to other places I called.

They dedicated an entire day with me there letting me know exactly what they were doing as they created a master piece spray rig for me that will allow me to provide the very best applications for my customers. Mr Henry is very professional and definitely does a great job. We have him come every two months to spray inside and out and has done so for a few years now. Excellent work and not a bug in sight. Our only down fall is that we can't give him ten star instead of five, so here's five more ?????

They come to work when they say they are and give me a full report of what they found and how we can move forward with preventing any additional pest from coming into our buildings. Sprague employees are friendly and always ready to work and get the job done right.

I had a massive ground beetle infestation at my commercial building shortly after the monsoon rains a few weeks ago. I called, and even though they were dealing with an influx of pest calls, because the entire valley had the same beetle, they were still able to make it out that very afternoon. Good service, good results and the price was fair.
