The estimator was quick with 3 estimates/options for the tile roof repair. The crew was polite and respectful, they left the place very clean. It was done on time and looks beautiful. Lyons Roofing did the flat roof with foam some years ago, they did some touch-up repairs as well. I am happy with my roofing and feel confident that it will last for many years to come and should there be a problem, Lyons Roofing will be there.

Almeida Roofing was not referred to us but we saw them replace a few roofs in our neighborhood. They were professional, friendly, and responsive. Loved the work they did.

Referred by another roofer that was too busy. Very painless, scheduled pretty quickly, gave me an estimate, good communication before during and after, did the work, reasonable cost (didn't compare), all is well. I don't love that I had to do the repair, but at least this group made it easy. Would have liked a little better clean-up. I had to throw away a bunch of junk cement and wood pieces they left. That took 5 minutes, so not a huge deal.

These guys did an incredible job. They came highly recommended and they lived up to their reputation. Professional, on time, and genuinely want to do a great job as if it was their own home. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future. A+++

It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises. attempted to charge for work not done.then charged 100.00 dollars for gluing 2 tiles on roof that my son could have done if given the option.this was all done without an estimate or option given . invoice received about 4 months after work done.

Worst sales behavior I have experienced in years, worse than a time share presentation. My time, patience, and ears were all violated No means no, regardless of my home value or what I can afford your product was 2 to 3x more expensive than similar contractors and all of your attempts to lower the price are nothing more than prearranged stages of reducing an inflated, outrageous price. The idea of selling a home out of state as a sales comment that I can afford the roof should never have been said, even with financing as an option why would I be paying for a roof monthly for many, many years after a 20k initial payment that pays off any other quote I have from licensed roofers? We do not need to talk as mentioned below as the forms of advertising the likeness of my home were all part of the planned presentation when I choked on the first price quote of 46k for a shingle roof when my other quotes were 14.5, 16.2 and 19k . The talk you need to have is not with me but with your sales team and your pricing department.
