Had some tiles move due to a storm. Called Scott Roofing and the dispatcher was beyond friendly a very helpful. They had estimator come out (John Johnson) and he went up to look at the damage. Came down about 15min later with the roof tiles moved back in place and the broken tiles repaired. He was the nicest guy and very friendly. He told me we were all good and what had happened. If a team was to come out it would be about $400 and was way beyond the help I needed. So he saves me so much time and money while being very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Scott roofing to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for your help!

I called all over to get quotes for a new roof and Multi Pro Roof Solutions gave me a quote that I was very happy with. I called Patrick and he set me up with Hayden. Hayden took care of everything. Hayden was very Professional and friendly. He was on site throughout the day. They striped the roof down to the wood and put everything back together. He even replaced some of the wood that was bad. I first heard about them on Rosie on the house.
We called them to come out to quote a replacement for my roof with new urethane foam and shingle roofing. Lance the estimator came out on time and gave a fair bid, so we signed up and everything turned out great. I was just really impressed with the quality and experience these guys had. I have never met people like that in my life with that level of customer service. They truly do everything to please the customer. And everyone of their people is pleasant. They leave your yard and surroundings absolutely pristine that you couldn't tell that anybody has ever been there at all.

So all in all, I just think that they're outstanding. I would definitely consider them to do your roofing. I was very pleased and I would use them again in a minute. They're wonderful and a professional company.

Johnny and Carlos were always on site and kept the project moving along. Our whole roof took only three days. They did a great clean up getting all the nails (we found only one), were very detail oriented, hard working even in the heat, very polite and provided high quality workmanship.

Worst sales behavior I have experienced in years, worse than a time share presentation. My time, patience, and ears were all violated No means no, regardless of my home value or what I can afford your product was 2 to 3x more expensive than similar contractors and all of your attempts to lower the price are nothing more than prearranged stages of reducing an inflated, outrageous price. The idea of selling a home out of state as a sales comment that I can afford the roof should never have been said, even with financing as an option why would I be paying for a roof monthly for many, many years after a 20k initial payment that pays off any other quote I have from licensed roofers? We do not need to talk as mentioned below as the forms of advertising the likeness of my home were all part of the planned presentation when I choked on the first price quote of 46k for a shingle roof when my other quotes were 14.5, 16.2 and 19k . The talk you need to have is not with me but with your sales team and your pricing department.
