Best Structure Repair in Phoenix AZ

Ky-Ko redid my roof a couple years ago and I've had a great experience with them. Have had a couple different employees come out to do inspections since the install, and everyone I've dealt with at the company has been wonderful. Most recently I met Oscar, who was particularly courteous and helpful. He kept me well informed during his visit to my house and is just the kind of guy you would want working on your home. Highly recommend!

Does amazing exceptional work in a timely manner.

I had a leak in my roof after the original underlayment had failed after only 8 years after the house was built. I contacted Alan and 5 other roofing contractors. Alan was the most professional and didn't try upselling me, or nickel and diming me to death by charging for any wood that needed replacing, painting new vent caps, etc. He also took the time to look under the tiles during the initial inspection and tell me exactly what had failed. The original roofer had also shorted the number of tiles that they put on the roof. According to the calculations there should have been 2 more rows the length of my house, but the original contractor shorted the number of tiles to cut costs and improve their profit. The original underlayment was also very thin. Alan and his crew installed a double layer of thicker underlayment and the 2 extra rows of tiles when they roofed my entire house. Alan and his crew were on top of my house all day long in the hot July Arizona heat and finished the entire house in 5 days. They did a great job of cleaning up the debris on a daily basis and went around the perimeter of my house with a huge magnet after the job was complete to pick up all of the roofing nails. It has been 2 years and several monsoons since they replaced my roof. I have had zero leaks and have peace of mind knowing that the job was done right. I would highly recommend Alan and the crew at Arizona Roof Rescue to complete any roofing repair or replacement. Alan is a true professional and people of his character are hard to come by now days.

I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the accuracy of their scope of work quote. I had a lot of issues with my previous back patio design and they did a fantastic job of taking what I had and engineering a plan to keep cost down but provide a superior design. I solicited many bids for this project and they were clearly the ones to put in the most work pre-planning and giving me multiple design options. Very happy with the outcome, speed of work and price. Charlie was terrific and so is his crew. Seven of them came up to Payson in one day ripped off to roofs on the house and the garage and finished it. Professional courteous Timely and friendly. I am extremely pleased with their workmanship and am glad I chose this company to reshingle our roof. Daryl is very knowledgeable with decades of experience. Everyone one I spoke with from the office, over phone or email, was professional, friendly and quick to respond. The work crew did an excellent job, they were pleasant, fast and very tidy. Daryl's attention to detail was superb and greatly appreciated, I noticed that even if something was out of sight, he made sure it was done right. I highly recommend this company.
