It was my experience with Bob that made me decide to go with Scott Roofing. The first reason I chose your company was because Bob was the ONLY estimator that walked, measured and diagramed the entire roof. Your competitors only focused on the area that I had a problem with. The second reason was Bob’s willingness to check at the bone yard to try to find matching tiles. Your competitor’s didn’t even offer. The third reason was that Bob took the time to sit down and go over everything in detail. He made me feel like a valued customer, and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision on the spot.

I had gathered three bids from your competitors and Scott Roofing was not the most affordable. However, after talking with Bob and comparing how he approached his bid against your competitors, I felt more comfortable going with Scott Roofing and paying the higher price because I believed that my repairs would be done correctly.

Everything went well. Some issues but were resolved quickly.

I initially dismissed Capstone judgment based on other company's incorrect assessment. I'm disappointed that the highly rated other contractor was wrong. He said that my leak was due to a small error and that he fixed it. But that was not the case as evidenced by current moisture and leaking. I'm glad that capstone roofing was honest and didn't try to give minimal/no treatment, possibly in pursuit of ranking and social media placement.

Excellent roofing company

I’ve used Gryphon for several patch-up jobs and there have been no leaks. Later I went with a cheaper company, and after a couple rains, the leak was back. Forget it, I thought...I’m calling Gryphon to replace the entire roof.

The workers were on time and cleaned up well. The only disappointments were that there were tire marks left on the driveway and debris in the pool.

SDC Roofing is awesome. Sean Parrish and Brian Parrish are terrific. Sean is very professional. He was patient with my husband and I as we made the decision about color. He is a great communicator and definitely knows his stuff. Brian was on site when the work was done. He was great with the job, explaining questions we had. The site was better when he left than when he started. We couldn’t be any happier with the job done by the Parrish brothers.

Scott and his crew have not only the longevity of over 30 years in this business in the Scottsdale area, a BBB A+ rating, top notch material (50yr duration shingles, synthetic underlayment, and water & ice), very professional, but has your best interest in mind. He isn’t pushy at all or just trying to sell you a job and follows through on his commitments to you! He’s confident working with adjusters and highly experienced with insurance claims (possibly the most experienced in the valley). His company isn’t storm chasing as many companies do to get business. After almost a dozen quotes and interviews from contractors I put all my trust in Scott and In-Ex Designs and would definitely recommend them to do your roof. He exceeded every one of my expectations and even when I thought there might me a problem with the materials delivered he quickly and promptly corrected it with no problems (no argument or defensive attitude). Not only that but went way above and beyond with any question or concerns I had and I had way too many (first time homeowner). Through all this I found not only my roofing professional but made a friend too in the process. It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises. My wife and I were extremely pleased and will recommend them to our friends.

I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Josh was extremely professional and courteous when he came to look at our roof. Did the job in a timely manner and gave us a brief rundown of what he did. Will definitely be using him from now on when we have roofing issues.

Charlie was terrific and so is his crew. Seven of them came up to Payson in one day ripped off to roofs on the house and the garage and finished it. Professional courteous Timely and friendly.
