Best Skylight Leaks in Phoenix AZ

I had the flat roof over my covered patio replaced along with the downspouts. Every facet of job was very timely and professionally done. The inspection/quote was able to be scheduled 'next day' through Home Advisor. Glenn came out and spent an hour or so on my roof. Diagnosed my leak problem and gave me a reasonable quote on the spot. He explained to me that a scheduler would be in contact within 2 days and that they would provide me with a two week window sometime within the next 6 weeks (weather and crew availability dependent) to get the work done. The scheduler called the next day and set my two week window about six weeks out. Said a foreman would be in touch a week out from the job to coordinate specific dates and time. Two weeks later Scott, a foreman, called and apologized for short notice but said he had a crew available the next day if I was ready. I was and they came on time and ready to work. They worked in a highly professional manner and kept me appraised of progress and what they were doing continuously. The entire crew was professional and respectful of my property and belongings. They finished the bulk of the work in a day and scott the foreman returned a few days later to complete the final cosmetic touches.

I must say that I was highly impressed with the knowledge and professionalism displayed by everyone at Scott Roofing that I interacted with. I strongly recommend Scott Roofing for your roofing needs. You will work hard to find a better, more professional company.

First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix. In-Ex left our roof in terrible shape, exposing new holes and leaving it all open to the elements. In-Ex provided poor assessment and diagnosis of the problems and poor oversight of the actual work. The In-Ex contractor got nasty and offensive, but the AZ-Registrar of Contractors agreed with us about the poor quality of the workmanship. In-Ex did OK on a flat surface. We had to get another company to finish the more complex aspects of the original job and fix the In-Ex damage to the site of the original leaks.

From the moment they knocked on my door, to the end of installation, the team went above and beyond not only explaining the process but educating me about insurance side of things. Efficient and professional to say the least. Thank you guys for going above and beyond! Most definitely recommend them to fix your roof!!

Alan was very professional and easy to work with! We called to have our roof looked at since we had loose tiles with some not even attached correctly to the roof (our house is only 6 years old). He quickly came out and gave us a quote and had it done in a very reasonable amount of time.

I would recommend you have Alan come out and have a roof inspection done to make sure your roof will last for many years to come.

They are so helpful!! The roof was redone almost a year ago. They came out and took a look and made sure everything was okay after a beekeeper showed us that their was a hole in the roof only to discover their was not. They looked everything over and now the rain is here and we are completely leak free this year!! Thank you so much!!

We had our roof completely redone with new underlayment, materials etc, with tile reuse and replacement. It was a big job being a large single story house with lots of roof. The Roof Medics beat three other companies that quoted on the job on price and quality of underlayment; they used 2 layers of SBS TU-45 underlayment for our roof. The owners Jared and Daryl are very professional and it is a pleasure to work with. Their crew is very competent and efficient and did an excellent job. The job was promptly scheduled and finished on time with one day of rain delay. They also waived the cost of some wood replacement that was not included in the price. I would highly recommend them for any roof work.
