Detrick came out yesterday morning and power washed the flat part of our roof. He arrived on time again today to put a coating on since it was due to have that done. The problem was last night we had a major dust storm with lots of wind and we have a pine tree in both the front and back of our condo. Our courtyard was full of pine needles so I thought it might need to be power washed again.

Detrick went up to look and said he could blow it, sweep it and he had other things to clean the roof as I didn't want a new layer of foam on top of all the pine needles. He got all the pine needles and cones off and then was able to re-coat the flat roof today as scheduled.

Derrick arrived on time, was polite and explained what he was going to do. He then showed me photos of the finished product. He said someone would be out to inspect his work before final payment was due. Apparently Renco Roofing wants to make sure the job was satisfactory before paying in full, which was very reassuring.

In 2014 we were doing a remodel and in the middle of it, our roof began to leak really badly. It ended up that we needed to replace the flat roof completely and they re-coated the other part of the roof.

Last year when Renco came out to inspect our roof, they patched it and told me I could go another year before re-coating the flat part. This year Lars reminded me of what he said last year and so I went ahead with his recommendation.

Our contractor recommended Renco Roofing and we have been happy with their work. They arrive on time and give a fair price. I have had no leaks since they have been caring for our roof.

Just completed finalization on the entire replacement of our 24 year old tile roof.

For the COVID-19, concerns, was able to keep a safe social distance, particularly since the work was done outside.

My experience was excellent from the start. Korbin was a top notch salesman very knowledgeable about the whole roofing process. The project on my house took the expected 2 weeks. The guys always arrived on time and for at least 3/4 of the 2 weeks worked 10 hour days. They always cleaned up at the end of each day and were always polite and professional. Absolute Nightmare dealing with their service department. Doing business with this company should be avoided if you have any alternative available. I need some repairs done for my roof due to some strom damage. Was routed to their service department but no one ever picks up the phone. Called at least 10 times and left countless voice mails over a two months period and no one ever returned the call. On one lucky day I got through to the manager of the service department and he tried to help. But it still required 5 separate phone calls to chase him down just to get an appointment for someone to come take an initial look (at a cost of $380 just to give an estimate, which I agreed to because I was tired of the phone game). On the day of the appointment, no one show up. I left work early and waited for 5 hours during the appointment window for nothing. No one called to let me what was going on. Called the office find out and of course no one answered. How can you treat people like this and still be in business????

Within a day of requesting a quote, Duane showed up on time and could not have been more helpful and patient with all of my questions. I received a quote by email within an hour of his visit and a personal call to thank me for giving him a chance to assist in our project. No pressure, just genuine appreciation for the potential business. Typically I get two estimates for work like this....but this time I cancelled the second appointment as it was clearly unnecessary to look further.

I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Pat and his staff were a pleasure to do business with and I now have a nice, new roof on our home. We feel much safer knowing that Stapleton Roofing got the job done right. Family company, used on 4 jobs, always top quality

Previous owner had work done by Collum. When a storm hit and our roof leaked, I left them voicemails and sent messages. When no-one answered I found another company who immediately sent someone out and they were helpful. A week later, Collum got in touch to say that to even start the process of getting someone out, there's a form I should have known to fill out on their site! Why didn't they tell me that? So frustrating. Be warned.

They do not have an office in Phoenix. Do not do business with them as they appear to be trying to pretend they have an office but do not.
