Best Residential Gutters in Phoenix AZ

I don’t write letters of appreciation very often but this is a special occasion. My roof looks beautiful and I’m very satisfied with the job. What I want to tell you is this: Brad from your company is a very special young man. On his own time, after the roof work was completed, brad took down the rain gutters and even painted where the gutters were. I could go on and on about how I feel, but I’ve never had anyone do for me what Brad did. I appreciated it so much. If I could give them zero stars I would. Our builder used them so when the storm hit in July and tiles were damaged I thought they would be the best company to go with since they put them on initially. It took them 5 weeks just to come out, when I called to get an update, a couple months later, they had no record of coming out so They sent someone else, happened to be the same guy and he told me he never turned in his service notes the first time, so that’s why they had no record. I Called two weeks later to confirm that they got the service notes this time and they still couldn’t locate my account and had no idea what I was talking about. Keep in mind I spoke to the same guy, James several times.

Best decision I made going with Phoenix. Will for sure go back and do more business with them in the future. Ask for Alex!

With a small job, often it can be difficult to find a contractor who will follow through! I contacted Tacheny through Yelp because I wanted the roof inspected on my three year old home. After visits and bids from three firms, we decided to choose Tacheny. Jim, the salesperson who came out and took pictures, provided a competitive bid for a few broken tiles and flashing that needed to be reattached.
Jim was actually the same person who returned later after securing matching tiles and, in the sweltering AZ heat, replaced the broken tiles and made sure the flashing was put back in place. I have already recommended them for an inspection to neighbors and I'm glad to have done business with them!

The owner and his crew were amazing. Professional throughout the whole process and made me feel comfortable and cared for. The workers worked clean and kept me informed of any issues that came up and all were very nice. The owner kept the process painless for me and communicated everything in a manor that was professional and kind. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat!

The installers were very professional and did a great job. They also helped with the insurance company and getting a good quote when the insurance company was giving us a hassle.

Scott and Sydney were very professional. The crew were very professional very clean and did a great job. I needed them to fix something and Sydney came back out the next day to correct the problem. Would recommend them to anybody they were excellent very professional great job guys.

Oswin was super easy to work with and got me a quote within a day. His quote was lower than the 5 other quotes I got. Got quote on a Monday, he started work that Friday and was done on Saturday with a full roof replacement. Great work and very pleased with the new roof. Thanks again Oswin!

Great service and advice on my cement tile roof underlayment replacement. Workers were professionals and respectful.

Alan did a great job on my roof. I felt bad, I thought I had a leak, I had him and his crew out to check it out and it turned out that it was an AC leak. They did not charge me for the call, and were very easy to get along with.

Great customer service, honest, quality service

It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises. My wife and I were extremely pleased and will recommend them to our friends.

This is a family business and they do offer the best roofing services that one could hope for. They are also reasonably priced and you realize quality for your money.
