The work started on time and when the crew discovered some damaged roof decking which was outside the scope, I called Mike the General Manager concerned about a huge change order. He responded quickly with the additional charges; about a 10% increase ($250) which was a great deal. The work was done professionally, and the crew cleaned up after the work was completed.
I highly recommend Geo Roofing because of the fast (compared to other contractors) response time, cost competitive estimate, and thorough and professional work.

When faced with the daunting task of re-roofing our 28 year old home, we interviewed and got bids from 3 top roofing contractors. Rene and his daughter presented us with the most comprehensive and professional explanation of what they proposed to do and why. It was quite an education about roofing! We have 11,000 sq ft under roof, so this job was no small task. We were told it would take two full weeks to get the job done. I am happy to report, it was accomplished 2 1/2 days early. Ricardo, the Forman, was on top of every detail and his crew was very clean, taking care to keep our paver driveway covered and unharmed. Everything Rene promised was delivered! There was one small aesthetic thing I didn't like and Ricardo was back the next morning to make it perfect! The roof looks awesome - better than new!
