Poor quality ,work not done well . Gaps in flashing lifting shingles and supervisors that will not follow up and managers that lie about fixing the issues . I would avoid this company

Great company! I was a little stressed after our roof starting leaking during a rain storm. The response time was quick (even though we are not located very close to their office). The customer service was excellent, and the crew did the job without interfering with our schedule or making a lot of noise. Our repair was a relatively small one from a recent storm--the price was very reasonable. If I ever have a big roofing job, they have earned my business. I have already recommended them to my parents and will continue to recommend them to others.

We were in a pickle with my father-in-law's roof and insurance. Jim Brown & Sons had done the roof 25 years ago and my father-in-law still had the paperwork. We needed fast response and help. We were treated as if we were family and given such priority. I don't expect that from any company, unless the deadlines call for it. We were looking at dad's insurance be cancelled within 1.5 weeks. Not only did they help us out, they got what the insurance needed done to the roof to reinstate the policy...2 days before the cancellation date. They have a loyal customer with me and my father-in-law's extended family.

Charlie was terrific and so is his crew. Seven of them came up to Payson in one day ripped off to roofs on the house and the garage and finished it. Professional courteous Timely and friendly. We had our roof completely redone with new underlayment, materials etc, with tile reuse and replacement. It was a big job being a large single story house with lots of roof. The Roof Medics beat three other companies that quoted on the job on price and quality of underlayment; they used 2 layers of SBS TU-45 underlayment for our roof. The owners Jared and Daryl are very professional and it is a pleasure to work with. Their crew is very competent and efficient and did an excellent job. The job was promptly scheduled and finished on time with one day of rain delay. They also waived the cost of some wood replacement that was not included in the price. I would highly recommend them for any roof work.
