Thank you to Jack and Luis! I called because I needed some cracked tiles and exposed nails looked at for the sale of my home. We were in a time crunch due to the closing date. Jack and Luis were able to get the entire roof done in ONE DAY the day after I called seeking help! Excellent service, over the top fair pricing and pictures before and after the work is done so you truly know what they are doing. I cannot give Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling a high enough rating. I have storm damage to my roof and it’s been this way since July 2021. I found this company after I had a bad experience with RMP construction. This company had better ratings and a good rating on BBB. So far my work has been rescheduled week after week with little to no notice. I had to reschedule other contractors to do inside work waiting on these guys. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were just backed up and short staff. The day we had them in contract to show up, they didn’t. We weren’t given a call or heads up. The carpenter showed up and was clueless to why they weren’t here.. There is no communication to their employees and to the customer. The owner has informed us they are willing to let us out of our contract. The consistent no show is a breach of contract. I even question the quality of work they would do if they are willing to just walk away from my business. Due to the time we have already spent with this company we just want the work done in a timely manner like we agreed. They shouldn’t be scheduling any additional work if they don’t have the man power. I will post an update to this and see if they follow through as well as the quality of work if completed.

Jimmy and the great team at Tacheny Exteriors responded super fast to roof leak and did a great job. They even gave some solid tips and advice towards a possible skylight installation-we're going to have them bid it out for us. Great Company, and Jimmy's amazing!

Our roof was in really bad condition. They had to replace a lot of plywood.Randall addressed all the bad areas and did a Great job! We will recommend this company to everyone we can.

Ronald came out to check my roof cause of a leak. Found out it was the elbow on my air conditioner. Wrote out all instructions for the air tech. Quoted me a reasonable price for foam roof. Said I didn't really need it now. Wished me a Merry Christmas and left. No charge. Very nice and up front!

The best ever. Had a leak that was from the gable vent so I sent a text to Augusto at 8:25 PM and he responded at 8:30 PM.
They were at my home the next day by 9:00 AM the next day after driving 80 miles for them and repaired vent.
