I can't say enough about Muti Pro Roofing Solutions. Kris Gator Chavez the Senior Project Manager was so great! Kris would call or text me back about any questions I had, he dealt with my insurance, Kris was always polite, kind and considerate, he was at the job on the day he said, I would highly recommend this company 100 percent his crew, oh my, they are awesome.! Crew went right to work, they know their job, they were all hard workers. I am very pleased with my roofing job, in all aspects. I would have given them more stars in all. After reading some reviews I wanted to add more to my review, the crew cleanup was great too. I am so impressed with this company. Kris and his crew. This company had been nothing but issues ive work for this company almost three months.
Today is the friday the 6 2019 and have been off for four days.i have called the company called my superviser to see whats going on.I have left many messages for the company to call and got nothing.im very disgruntled about this situation and whats going on.company sucks.

They never follow through or return calls

I was on the Tempe High School Job and all I can say is call and ask for Bill the maintenance supervisor and all I heard was how much Roofing Southwest screwed up the job. The broke all kinds of stuff, had crews not show and in the end made Bill very unhappy. In talking to the job foreman Tim and Rick all they did was threaten and complain about the job. If you have a commercial roofing job I suggest you look elsewhere or you to may not like this companys work.

Absolutely horrible experience. Rude and strung out workers, doing a sloppy job and leaving a huge mess behind. Do not use this company.

I did business with Collum Roofing a few years back for my business and even then I felt the service was a little questionable but I'm a busy man so I moved on. I contacted them 7 weeks ago and left a message with their phone attendant and have since left 5 other messages with the same individual. Now, I do not blame her because she was forwarding the messages but Mike was deciding not to return them either because it was a possible warranty repair or because he just has poor follow through. I finally received an email address I could use to reach out in email form and I received a response back that showed a total lack of concern and Mike showed me waiting 7 weeks meant nothing to him. He never once apologized and his responses were short. I am a business owner myself and this is only the second time in my life I have gone to social media to voice my thoughts but the total disregard has pushed me to put this out there. There are many people out there that are fueled by drama so complaining is a norm but for me it takes a whole lot for me to go to this length. I will never do business with this company again and I would recommend others to think twice before using their services.
