The free appraisal of our roof was extremely clear, very detailed with photographs and written descriptions, and the quoted price was much better than we had anticipated. The scheduling and service were quick and efficient, and the individuals that came to perform the repairs were very courteous and just as detailed and considerate as the gentleman that quoted the work. I heard about them on the radio and they lived up to exactly what they say...and I will use them moving forward, as well as recommend them to anyone that ever asks!

Lyons does not stand by it's work. The warranty they provide is useless because they do not stand by their work when your roof leaks, and it will. Just completed finalization on the entire replacement of our 24 year old tile roof.
Very pleased with their service and quality of work: from the beginning contract bid process by their Project Mgr Charlie Ethington , to the concluding inspection required work from Supt Luis Batres.
Everything was done as scheduled, resulting in a great appearing new roof.
The pricing was competitive among other estimates received.

For the COVID-19, concerns, was able to keep a safe social distance, particularly since the work was done outside.

After a recent heavy rainstorm, I discovered the need for immediate roof repair. I spoke with Turner Witt and found him to be very honest and forthcoming. I invited him to quote and I was pleasantly surprised to find that his quote was in the low to mid range, but more importantly his scope of work was well thought out and explained. The installers were very professional and did a great job. They also helped with the insurance company and getting a good quote when the insurance company was giving us a hassle.
