Ky-Ko roofing responded immediately to our request for an evaluation and estimate for repair to our roof. Three days earlier, we had called another company recommended by our builder who originally installed our roof, but after two days of getting sent to a voicemail for their scheduler and a promise they would get back to us but never did, we called Ky-Ko. Bruce came out the next day for a first look and finding nothing obvious, he asked if he could send out a tech to do a water test. Oscar came out 2 days later and did a water test, found the problem, took pictures, and was able to get us resolution immediately, We were very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of both gentlemen and their timely response. We have a flat foam roof. After being disappointed with our previous roofing company, we asked for competitive bids to resurface our foam roof last year (2021). We selected Mikku & Sons Roofing to do the work and glad we did. Josh and Devin arrived on time for scheduled appointments and all work was done to our satisfaction.
No leaks, even after above-average rainfall. We recommend Mikku & Sons to all of our friends and neighbors.

I really liked how professional this company was. I had gotten 2 other quotes and Patterson roofing came in significantly cheaper than either one with complete honesty on what needed to be done. The end result was a job well done for a great price.

I had a little storm damage from the east valley storms in early August, my insurance adjuster said not to bother with a claim because it wouldn't cost enough. I got 4 quotes from folks in the valley, Dunne came in about $800 under the other rip-offs in the valley. Mark was wicked easy to work with, worked with me on scheduling, and did great quality work. I wish more of the Arizona service industry was more like these guys.

Kevin was great and responsive to work with. He came by the house several times to explain the process. Haven’t had the roof done yet but based on the service so far I’m looking forward to getting it all done soon.

Each project is well managed, communication is abundant including photo documentation and videos. Service for on-call repairs is prompt and easy to schedule. Storm damage repairs are speedy and the follow up has always been thorough.

What a great experience. After shopping around 5 different roofing companies in the valley, I was referred over to Mike and Lindsey. Mike did a great job talking me through what we needed to do and the communication was on point. He was on time and did what we discussed. Lindsey was very accommodating and patient with me. She gave me samples and sent me photos of other roofs they have done to give me an idea what it would actually look like. Once we scheduled it, the crew showed up on time and finished the job in one day. Once it was finished, both Mike and Lindsey checked in with me to make sure it went well. She even came back to walk through everything with me and make sure my properly was all clean. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new roof!

Charlie was terrific and so is his crew. Seven of them came up to Payson in one day ripped off to roofs on the house and the garage and finished it. Professional courteous Timely and friendly. The BEST in town!

Took down my solar panels and netting for roof work to be done when put back up they did not put Betty back up. When I asked about it they sent a crew out that just laid the netting down and did not attach it so pigeons where making it there home under my panels.
When I email they about they said they would come out power wash under my panels and fix netting. Come out fixed netting but did not clean under panels. I don’t recommend them.
