Craig Brown and his crew are amazing!! My house is an older home that had some unusual issues with the roof. When Craig came out to provide me an estimate he took the time to explain the various roofing options, costs, pros and cons for my particular situation. He is very straight forward, honest, trustworthy, and caring. I would certainly use his company again and would definitely recommend him to friends and family. I recently moved into a new home and hired Phoenix Roofing & Remodeling for a remodel project. The upgrades have been fantastic! After a weekend out of town, I came home to a roof leak. Jack and Mike were able to help me immediately. They located/tested the source of the leak, explained the repair process, and took photos of the damage for me to provide to the previous company who installed the roof. It has been such a pleasure to meet honest professionals who truly care about their customers and do excellent, efficient work. Thank you!

Overall the roof repair was satisfactory. The trim and vents were left unpainted even though it was stated in the estimate. There was slight damage to our patio wall paint from falling debris and cement. Finally, I never received a return call after reaching out to the representative to discuss said concerns. No representation once deal was agreed upon.

I was very pleased with Overson Roofing!! Gilberto, their supervisor ,took pictures of the damaged tiles when he inspected my roof and showed them to me and explained what repairs needed to be done. Emily from Overson's office scheduled a repair date the next week and the repairs were done on schedule. Their price was fair and I was pleased that I chose Overson. I would highly recommend them.

Brandon came and took pictures of the damage to my roof and met with my insurance agent. Everything went very well after that. My insurance paid for the complete job but it was all because of the way Brandon was able to show them the damage. They did a wonderful job on my roof and I was very pleased. Charlie was terrific and so is his crew. Seven of them came up to Payson in one day ripped off to roofs on the house and the garage and finished it. Professional courteous Timely and friendly.
