The best part was they educated me on the process up front and I knew what to expect every step of the way.

Sheldon Murphy, owner, came to give a roof replacement estimate for my wife and me and our roof-mate on our duplex building in Sun City in mid-March. His estimate was the first we had gotten recently but his price was so good and he was so personable and responsive to our questions that we both signed contracts on the spot. In ten days Sheldon's large crew came early morning and worked until evening to nearly complete the entire job! Because TSM uses their own towable dump trailers we didn't have a trailer in our driveway overnight. The crew protected our grass and bushes well with large drop cloths throughout the tear-off and re-shingling. A crew member went over both yards with a magnetic tool to pick up any stray nails. Sheldon was on site the first morning and for the finish-up the following morning. I can't imagine a roofing project going any faster or more trouble-free, or with a better result. A very big thank you to Sheldon and his crew.

This company is, without a doubt, one of the best businesses my husband and I have ever dealt with. I thought for sure that getting a new roof (with solar panels on existing roof) was going to be a headache - Kris, the Senior Project Manager, made this entire process seamless. From Kris, who was always available and responsive by phone, to Sergio and his roofing crew, to Mike and his solar panel crew, the entire process was done with competence, integrity and respectfulness. The Tacheny crew arrived promptly and got to work tearing off our old roof, repaired a couple areas of water damaged OSB and then proceed to install our new roof. They got it done it one day!!! Yes, one day. Now there were alot of guys working and they all worked very cohesively. Our new roof is beautiful and protects us from the elements. The warranty is fantastic too. I would recommend them to anyone needing a total roof replacement and/or repair.

Gryphon Roofing was excellent, fixing a complex leak as well as the mess left by the first roofers we had. I could not be more impressed and pleased with Alberto, who worked alone (!), speedily and skillfully, and shared photographs that documented the work done. My only complaint with this company is that after sending them blueprints of two large projects I needed proposals of and after being told three times that they were interested and would get back to me, they never contacted me with a yes or a no? Would have been professional to at least tell me they were to busy.

Jack did a great job for me and came out quickly to give me an estimate himslef.
It was a good price. He scheduled it to be done the next day and his guys came on
time and did a good job. They cleaned up the whole job site and even took a bunch
of gargage away that wasn't even theirs and I never asked them to. Nice touch!

Martin was very professional and knowledgeable.

We needed our roof replaced after storm damage and Fallers did an amazing job. Top to bottom they were professional, communicative, respectful, and did good quality work!
We’d definitely work with them again (although I have to hope we don’t need to) and recommend them to anyone seeking a good roofing team.

Ronald came out to check my roof cause of a leak. Found out it was the elbow on my air conditioner. Wrote out all instructions for the air tech. Quoted me a reasonable price for foam roof. Said I didn't really need it now. Wished me a Merry Christmas and left. No charge. Very nice and up front!
