Absolutely best roofer in the valley. They didn't stop until they identified the leak!

(Realtor Review) I was notified on Friday evening just before a holiday weekend that the roof needed to have an inspection done in order for the appraisal to be finalized. Not only was this a holiday weekend but we were set to close the following Tuesday. I called a few roofing companies and while some did answer no one had anyone available. Alfonso with Castile Roofing called me back and was able to get my request to his guy Don. First thing Sunday morning Don was on location going over the roof as well as getting into the attic. The photographs that Don took were very thorough, he did find a few needed repairs but was able to complete them right away. Alfonso was able to get me the roof certification that he knew would be needed by the lender. Overall I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from Alfonso and Don and will 100% be referring their company to any of my clients that need an inspection.

I had a 12,000 square foot re-roof job done at my Paradise Valley home by Patterson and it was mired in trouble from the beginning. Delays, horrible communication, and the worst part was that the workmanship and finish were very bad. We also had workers showing up at random times in the evenings without notice walking on our roof which made us concerned. Owner offered (in writing mind you) to fix the poor quality finishes to only backtrack because I wouldn't remove my online reviews (have that in writing too). Professionalism and integrity lacking here. We regret choosing Patterson roofing. Now we need to pay another firm to fix his mistakes. But if we do, they won't honor the 15 year warranty we paid for. Buyer beware!

Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. If you're looking for a company who will tell you what you actually need versus just trying to sell you a new roof, Capstone will meet your needs. - Jason Lednum, proposal# 11-15163.

We don't get much rain in Az, but when it rains it pours!
Jimmy and the great team at Tacheny Exteriors responded super fast to roof leak and did a great job. They even gave some solid tips and advice towards a possible skylight installation-we're going to have them bid it out for us. Great Company, and Jimmy's amazing!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Our builder used them so when the storm hit in July and tiles were damaged I thought they would be the best company to go with since they put them on initially. It took them 5 weeks just to come out, when I called to get an update, a couple months later, they had no record of coming out so They sent someone else, happened to be the same guy and he told me he never turned in his service notes the first time, so that’s why they had no record. I Called two weeks later to confirm that they got the service notes this time and they still couldn’t locate my account and had no idea what I was talking about. Keep in mind I spoke to the same guy, James several times.

I hired Starkweather to replace my roof & sustained the first leak I have had in nearly 40 years & other roofers. It cost me a bit over $8500. for this leak and I will say they did come out and repair it when I first found it. It took a while we do live in a very dry state. Is it fixed?? I hope so we have not had much rain since the repair. HOWEVER the damage to the ceiling in the house remains unrepaired. Starkweather DOES NOT fix that even though they caused it. I have not hired any one to fix it since I am still not sure the roof does not leak!! It makes me sick every time I look at it but if I get it repaired & still have a leak I would have to do it again!! WHAT A MESS. I cannot go up and even look at the repair (I am a 75 yr old woman with knee replacements) not that I would know by looking anyhow. I gave them 3 stars since they were always punctual and here when they said and left the job clean.

Had an a great experience, they were actually able to go through my homeowners insurnace and have them pay for the whole thing!

Jim Brown and Sons Roofing did an excellent job at a very good price when I needed a roof repair done to my hone immediately!!!! Thumbs up I would recommend them to anyone!!! They were very professional and courteous and were here when they said they were going to be.

Rj's Roofing Services, his group are superb. They showed up when they said they would and finished the work in record time. A task should have been finished before my little girl's wedding. They exceeded all expectations to make it happen as soon a possible. They didn't frustrate! Great work! I would strongly suggest them!!

ARB is a great company .They did my tenant improvement and very affordable . ARB also does home remodeling as well as roofing and repair . I suggest you give them a call . You will save money .

They are so helpful!! The roof was redone almost a year ago. They came out and took a look and made sure everything was okay after a beekeeper showed us that their was a hole in the roof only to discover their was not. They looked everything over and now the rain is here and we are completely leak free this year!! Thank you so much!!
