Best General Roofing in Phoenix AZ

We had Dreamstyle Remodeling replace two windows in 2018, and we were so happy with the product and the work that we had them back in 2021 to replace 17 more windows in our home. Cory and Justin were our two installers for the week this installation project took place, and they did a great job. The new windows look amazing, and the installation work has already been tested - two days after all the windows were installed, we had record rainfall - it was coming down in buckets - but all our windows performed beautifully. Thank you!

Dante was great. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. It can always be tough having strangers in your home, however he presented a good product and did not make me feel the pressure to move forward.

An overall positive experience. The sales reps were friendly, thorough, and polite. All projected timelines were met. We were sold on the quality brand of windows, the warranty, and the fact that we did not have to put any money down. We only had to pay when the job was finished. The installers were on time, prompt, and courteous. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that we have not yet had to pursue any service or warranty related issues so far, so that experience remains to be seen. A few minor finishing details on the part of the manufacturer do look a little rough as far as polish is concerned. But they are minor and the integrity of the windows looks solid.

I was out of town when I was notified by my wife about a leak in our roof. Unfortunately it was a Sunday, and knew I would not get someone to come out right away. I did however place an inquiry online and Alex responded the very next day. He not only called me, but followed up with an email with what more than likely was going on based on their vast experience working on roofs with solar panels.

Within a few days, we had a great guy by the name of Chris come to the home. He called prior to coming which was helpful as to make sure he wasn't missed. While there Chris was courteous and professional. He spoke to my mother in law and explained what he needed to do. I also got a call from Alex to go over the exact details.

I approved the work and Chris got right to work. He was quick, clean, and knew what he was doing. I was relieved to see that I was working with an honest and professional company. The quote that was sent to me prior to them even coming out was spot on. They didn't try to oversell me, but just give my family and I, peace of mind.

I normally would say I would do business again with Castile, but I hope I don't have any more roof issues. I would however give them 5 STARS and recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
