We’ve had TSM do two projects for us now. Each time they were very responsive, courteous, timely, and personable. They also took care to ensure everything was fixed, even items outside the scope of the agreement. They treat your home as if it was their own.

The work was a roof replacement at our residence. The initial job walkdown was with MIck of RENCO. He was professional, knowledgeable and available for follow up questions even after the work initiated. The scope included both foam application and tile replacement. I was not present for the foam application, but I was present for the tile work. Jose is the production manager. He was available for phone calls and face-to-face at our house during the course of the work. He is very professional and answered all my questions just prior to and during the work. I came to understand that his father, Polo, was the senior member of the work crew. I spoke with him daily during the course of the work. He was very professional, and the crew did a quality job. The work was completed in a timely manner. RENCO gets my recommendation.

We had a complete tear out and replacement of our roof. The price was fair and they did a great job. But, what is most impressive was the continual communication and oversight from the owner as well as pictures to update us on the actual progress. The owner went by the house a number of times to check and double check the work. He was very honest and there were no surprises during the process. Travis and his team are incredible. They went above and beyond my expectations on both my flat roof coating and my tile section. They beat all the other roofing contractors quotes and once they started I could not believe how efficient they were. Travis sent me regular updates and photos throughout the day while I was at work and I was astonished. I could not be on premises due to my work schedule so it was very reassuring to get photos sent to my phone all throughout the day and see every step of the process. I could not believe it when I saw the photo of the new tile roof completely finished on day 2! It looked even better when I got home and saw it with my own eyes. I did a lot of research and got a lot of quotes before I decided to go with Next Gen Roofing. I could not be happier with their work and would recommend Travis and his team to anyone.

Frans and his team did a very thorough and expert job. He even helped me find an HVAC (Comfort One) company on short notice as we had planned to replace our old rooftop package unit in conjunction with the roof work. They were also very fair about the cost. I would highly recommend them, especially if you have or plan to install a foam type roof.
