From the initial estimate, we were very impressed with how thoroughly the examination of the existing roof was and the completeness of the description, terminology and cost explanation were. The estimator, David, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and had our trust immediately. He also explained we had to wait a while before they could start the job due to shipping delays for all the required new and replacement roofing supplies which we appreciated so there would be no delays once the job started. When the job started on the exact day/time scheduled, the project manager, Eddie, showed up and gave us the detailed schedule and plan. Their scheduler, Abril, kept us posted on shipping and scheduling progress. She efficiently contacted us so we never had to wonder. The crew showed up bringing all the supplies which were efficiently and quickly unloaded. They began work and continued non- stop all day except for a short break for lunch. The crew was very impressive in their speed, skill and thoroughness. The dumpster they used fit nicely next to our driveway so at no time did we have trouble get cars in or out. Small detail but important one Lyons ensured. The job was finished on time and at the price and with all details spoken of initially. There were some nice extras they do standard we noticed afterwards that really made our roof well above what we expected. From beginning to end, working with Lyons Roofing has been a professional pleasure and an amazing trust-filled experience. Their work and all their people are superior in every way. Colton Wells and Eddie are FANTASTIC. Colton drove by my house and noticed That I had a bunch of missing tiles. I would never had known had he not noticed it and stopped to tell me. I am very grateful. We called my insurance company, he met their consultant at my house and he even did it for me while I was out of town. They agreed with his assessment, they paid me and I got a new roof. Everything was very quick and easy and stress free. They even came back out after I had a new AC installed and replaced some old tiles and re-sealed everything. I would recommend them to anyone.

In-Ex Design exceeded expectations in every aspect of my roof installation. They were prompt with getting someone to my home to provide an estimate and the estimator (Rubin) was very thorough in his explanation as to how the installation process would be completed. Their price was competitive and their estimate was very detailed. Once I made the decision to use In-Ex I was assigned a coordinator (Catrina) that kept me in the loop as far as delivery of material and commencement of work.

The material was delivered to my roof with no problems. I was given a start date (3-5 days after delivery). An opportunity to start sooner (2 days after delivery) came up and they asked if they could start early. The time estimate for completion of the roof (3-5 days) was met exactly. Construction was orderly and the crew left my driveway and yard clean each evening. The clean up after the job was done was excellent. And best of all the roof looks outstanding.

We called multiple companies to determine if we needed a roof repair. Express Roofing came to our home and provided the most detailed explanation of our roof issues/concerns. The company is family owned, and you can tell from the minute you call to set-up a free estimate. The owner and his son came to our home and provided the estimate. They spent a great deal of time looking over our roof and patio roof. They took video and still shots of our roof and provided both to us, so we could better understand the areas of concern with our roof. The video had commentary, which helped us better understand what should be included in a roof repair. Express Roofing was not the cheapest of our estimates, but genuinely appreciated the time they took to explain the issues with our roof and the integrity of their employees. They communicated with us frequently, the job site staff were courteous, professional and on-time (EVERY day). The crew thoroughly cleaned-up their mess each day to prevent our children and pets from being injured. A drone was flown over our home 1/2 way through the repair and after completion of the job. Rene (the owner) takes pride in his craftsmanship and company, and it shows. We cannot recommend Express Roofing enough. Well worth every penny, to have peace of mind!
