Excellent!!!!! Craig stopped by to evaluate a broken roof tile. He inspected my whole roof and even replaced the roof tile as I had one on hand at no charge. He ensured me that I had a roof that was still in good shape and would not need to be replaced until I had a leak. Due to his honesty, work ethic and way of doing business, I will most definitely be contacting him for all of my roof repair work. Thanks Craig, I owe you a beer!

Fantastic customer service, from the time the phone is answered until the work is complete to your satisfaction. Our technician Oscar was knowledgeable, thorough and extremely polite. Could not be happier with having called KY-KO.

Cons:
The estimator was 4 hours late.
The paper estimate didn't come until I harassed them for a copy.
The repair was rescheduled twice. (Emergencies kept bumping my appointment even though I was scheduled?)
The repair guys laid in the middle of my driveway while they waited for more parts to be delivered.
There wasn't any communication at all from the business's end. I only found out of the rescheduling, payment options, estimate copies, etc because I called each time. (No proactive measures were taken)
I was talking to my S/O and used the phrase I feel like I'm begging them to take my money & do the work...

Pros:
The price. They came in well under-budget and blew away four other estimates, once by well over a grand.
The repairs were done quickly and efficiently.
Invoice/payment was all online and simple to complete.
Electronic/PDF documents (estimate and receipt) via email.
I assume that the quality is pretty good (there are no more birds on my roof, there aren't any leaks and the plywood looks new).
No dust, debris or mess was left - it was all cleaned up as promised.

Overall:
If you have the time and energy to be your own advocate with this company, I say go for it. If you're out of town or unable to manage the procedural aspect that will be required of you to actually start the process, I'd recommend checking a few other places out.

I had my roof repaired in October due to wind damage . Kris was here to help me through the whole process. They did a wonderful job on my roof and the cleanup afterwards was great. We had one little hitch but Kris was on top of it and all was settled with smiles. I would highly recommend using this company to all my friends.
