I was absolutely happy with the work Randall Cloud and his crew did for my home! It was a good sized job and they did great work, made my roof look like new and cleaned up all the mess on their way out. I would recommend Randall's company to anyone needing help. He is someone you can trust to do what he says he will do, which is priceless in today's world!

We absolutely do not recommend this company for roofing needs. We had our roof redone in 2020. In 2021, we had a couple tiles fall off. We have set 5+ appointments over the course of the last 4 months for Ironwood to perform the repairs and they have not showed for a single one. Every time I call, I speak with one of Chris’ (the owner and roofer) assistants who profusely apologize for Chris’ behavior (yes, I’m serious), but there is nothing they can do. Chris is intentionally choosing not to show up for the appointments even after the assistants promise he will be here. He obviously doesn’t care.

It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises. My wife and I were extremely pleased and will recommend them to our friends.

I am extremely impressed with Stapleton Roofing skills in total roof replacement. The roofing crew was very knowledgeable and skilled. They even cleaned up all of the debris each day. From now on Stapleton Roofing gets all of my referrals.

Francisco did an amazing job at fixing a leak I had in my roof. He repaired it 3 years ago and it is still holding up amazing! He came to repair it right when I called even though we were in the middle of a storm. Really cares about his customers! Very professional and trustworthy!

We were incredibly impressed with Express Roofing. Rene and Jenna, were great to work with. We got several estimates on replacing our roof and without a doubt Express Roofing met the bill. They gave us a detailed expectation of the work and we got pictures of the whole process. They have a heart for this work and it shows in their finished product. The whole crew was very professional. We definitely recommend this company to anyone needing to update their roof.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional

They do not have an office in Phoenix. Do not do business with them as they appear to be trying to pretend they have an office but do not.
