Best Installation Repair in Phoenix AZ

Within a day of requesting a quote, Duane showed up on time and could not have been more helpful and patient with all of my questions. I received a quote by email within an hour of his visit and a personal call to thank me for giving him a chance to assist in our project. No pressure, just genuine appreciation for the potential business. Typically I get two estimates for work like this....but this time I cancelled the second appointment as it was clearly unnecessary to look further.

Sean at PCC Roofing was the first of three estimates I was going to consider for a new roof. First off, was on time. Second off, drove an American brand truck. My initial contact with Sean could not have gone better. When we parted ways I had a good feeling I was going to use him and told him so. He had the estimate to me in the time promised. In the meantime, the second estimate came by. Was a total dog and pony show and when both estimates were compared, Sean's was significantly better and about what I had originally expected. With that being said, I cancelled the third estimate and hired him. The work was done as promised and done in a shorter time than he anticipated. All in all nothing short of a remarkable experience. I have friends in the construction business that have been over and complimented the workmanship and finished product. Other contractors as well.

We are currently in the process of buying a new home. I asked Sean to come over and evaluate the new house and compare to what the inspector and a another roofing contractor stated and he was there within hours. The house will need some work done to the roof and when we proceed we will no doubt be using Sean and his crew.

When it rained for a day straight and we noticed a small leak, we knew our tile roof probably needed more help than sliding tiles back into place and wanted to find a good roofer in our area. Ricardo and Oscar inspected, worked with us to find the right service for the right price, and got it done the same week. Oscar was very helpful in explaining to us patiently what was being done, which was really going above and beyond. So far, we are really happy with the repairs and installation

They don't repair all roofs as advertised

Has them out a couple times and they've done fantastic work both times. Friendly, professional, able to talk through the issues and give accurate estimates. Really appreciate all the work they've done on my house!

Made broken promises

This company cracked my ceiling and left the AC drain disconnected so I had water pouring into my bedroom in the middle of the night and I had to fight for them to agree to come and fix it and demanded they give me a date when they would be coming out to do so because they kept beating around the bush. When they finally came out to fix my ceiling all they wanted to do was paint over it and I had to fight again for them to properly fix the cracked ceiling. They did a terrible job fixing the ceiling and I have pictures of the terrible job done. They also unplugged and moved my AC and now does not properly work. I am now fighting for them to come out and fix it. And yes I did get my AC inspection before they started the job so they cannot say that it was not them. HERE IS THE PROOF FROM THE LEAKING, THE PART WHERE THEY REMOVED IT AND THE PROFESSIONAL FIX THEY DID TO MY CEILING .

Estimate gave me several options, sales rep was courteous and responsive. The roof installation was completed quickly and they kept me up to date with what they found and installation progress.

Home Show Scam?
Saw their display at the Home Show at the Cardinals Stadium earlier this year. I set up an appointment for a renovation consult/estimate. Ray came to the house and seemed overwhelmingly disappointed at me not wanting to spend less than $10k on a project. To prove that, he didn't take but 2 measurements and after several months he never contacted us again. I'm glad I didn't go with them because other contractors didn't have anything good to say about the owner.. too many negatives to list. Disaster averted!

From our first meeting with Gary Walsh- I knew we were dealing with a local company that prides themselves on honesty and treating the customer right. Mike was our foreman and our contact throughout the replacement of the roof- never once did he not answer the phone our address any concerns. Hard working crew that prides themselves on great work. Never thought I would be doing a review for a roofing company. 5 stars
