I had a flat roof and had a bathroom ceiling leak. Had a heck of a time getting quotes from tons of other roofing companies. I dealt with unresponsiveness, scam-like high prices, etc.

Priority roofing really took the time to understand my needs and wants and catered a special solution for me and my family.

One of the things they did was a TPO overlay of my double thick foam roof, after having fixed the leak area. They did this without having to make me remove my solar panels which would have cost $5k extra. Not only did they do a custom solution but a price that was similar to a new foam roof; TPO is commercial grade solution. This allowed me keep the existing foam and R Value. The lady at the receiving office its so cool.. she went up to the trucks out on the street asking who was firts before opening the gate.. My husband and I spoke with Ray and at first were very pleased. we were going to install a giant sliding glass door in our new home. we learned after we put down $5000 that he was just a salesman. He misused our funds by hiring an engineer first before even pulling the plans from the city. He miscommunicated to the engineer what we wanted and completely misquoted. He kept saying we didn't have a post-tension slab when we told him multiple times that we did. We kept getting told yeah, that's what I've said after we corrected him on multiple things: he originally recommended the complete opposite (i.e. drilling into the foundation on a known post-tension slab). Misuse of funds entirely, didn't send us the correct refund amount, and disregarded what we wanted/our budget. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Larry and his crew were here at the time they quoted me. They worked 8 hours a day for two days and finished my 2100 sq. ft. house in that short time. I like the way it looks, they were friendly and answered any questions I had. I would have this company and Larry's crew do work for me again if I need it.

So far so good. They did a complete re roof on my tile roof. Went well they cleaned up ok for the most part. The did reuse some old tiles but came back and replaced them at my request in a reasonable time frame. So no problems there. After the monsoon rains we did have a leak not too bad. It came through in my master bedroom which sucks the ceiling is ugly now. But I called the day it leaked and they were out the next moring bright and early with 2 guys who fixed it up. I have been very happy with them except for the interior drywall damage after my new roof was installed. They are good overall and can be trusted, a longtime Glendale business in good standing with the city too.

Re-Vamp Roofing helped me with a leaky roof, the job consisted of replacing broken tiles, replacing old flashing, and replacing the paper. They responded quickly and got the job done efficiently. I am glad I went with Ruben because he helped me understand what happened, and he had a fair pricing. Highly recommend using Ruben!

Trademark was recommended to us and I have to say, they did not disappoint from the first contact.
They were prompt to come and inspect our roof, and provided a quote immediately which came to a lower price than 3 other competitors. In addition, their quote was the FINAL price to pay, they took care of 8 plywood boards which were rotten without asking any questions or increasing their price in the process while other would charge >$65/board. And finally their quote includes a 20years workmanship and warranty for any leaks.
Ray's son was leading our roof repair project, and his crew did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves (except for a few nails we found later which must have rolled off the roof during the 3 days repair.)
They were also great at communicating about the work done, leaks found, etc. and with other parties involved such as the solar system company scheduling uninstall and reinstall of the panels.

Greg and his crew did a great job on my roof.......ventilating style roofing.....looks like something that will last about 30 years to come.....filled in areas of roofing that had been forgotten through several roofing companies in the past....I never mentioned it before they did the job and they found that gap on their own.....great job indeed...would recommend them to anyone that was looking to get their roof done.....great job!!!!!
