The team did a fantastic job on our home and our customer experience was first rate from quote to completion. We bid a large and varied project including roof repairs, painting, concrete repair, and a couple of other trades. They were the only company able to quote the entire bill of work, and was the most timely in both turning the bid around and adjusting line items to our taste.

Unfortunately did not experience the same level of service as other reviews have claimed.

I feel we were given a rather misleading sales pitch during the estimate and then once the work started we had to followup repeatedly to ask about what they were even doing. The quoted multi-day job would have been done in an hour if my wife hadn't called to ask - and she was was berated over the phone by their field supervisor for doing so (he basically called her stupid for even signing for the job). End result was sloppy at best and I have zero confidence that the issue was even properly fixed.

Received no followup after escalating to the office staff (despite their assurance otherwise). Overall very displeased. Maybe they are great for a brand new roof but don't call for repairs/leaks/small jobs. Their penetration seal is nothing more than caulk and paint...

The workmanship was outstanding. They workers performed efficiently and professionally. I'm totally impressed and pleased with their work. Great group of workers.

Sean and Brian and the crew were 10+ ! Sean came on time and very courteous and friendly ( qualities you look for in a business) he took his time to survey not just the swamp cooler removal and repair, but took time and gave great advice about suggestions and tips for the rest of the roof. And they came and did it before the rain came, they could’ve waited, but he wanted to get the job done so we wouldn’t have to worry about our leaking roof!!! Wow! What an absolutely amazing company that truly goes above and beyond for their community! There was a kitten stuck on a roof and after calling multiple rescues, the fire department, and even fire halls (we even attempted get the cat down but lacked equipment to do so), my friend and I started calling roofing companies. Ramon Lopez, the GM of this business, brought his personal truck, and helped get the kitten down from the roof. He absolutely refused to accept any form of payment so we are coming into here to say THANK YOUR RAMON. If he's this amazing for his community and puts this much effort into saving a kitten, I can only imagine how amazing he is at his job. Hire this company for any and all roofing needs because this man just showed how amazing they are!

We called Overson Roofing after finding a watermark on our bedroom ceiling. They came out, gave a detailed estimate, (including photos so we knew what was wrong!), showed up when they said they would and completed repairs in promised time frame. We have used Ultra Foam as a subcontractor for some of our remodeling projects. They are knowledgeable, friendly, on time and they do a great job!
