Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. I’ve used Gryphon for several patch-up jobs and there have been no leaks. Later I went with a cheaper company, and after a couple rains, the leak was back. Forget it, I thought...I’m calling Gryphon to replace the entire roof.

The workers were on time and cleaned up well. The only disappointments were that there were tire marks left on the driveway and debris in the pool.

Buying a new home. The inspection gave me a vague about the roof. I found this roofer from Google local places. I called. He went out the next day to do an inspection.. a 2nd independent inspection. He advised me my roof IS in good shape. Just great service. Very fast. Didn't try to take advantage of me (I wouldn't know a good roof from a bad!). Nice to know an honest roofer is out there. Had plywood and surface damage on a large 400 sq foot second story 29 year old walk deck/balcony. Pinnacle Roofing did an amazing job repairing existing plywood, adding a second layer of plywood and applying a four step Polycoat coating. The entire staff was helpful and in constant communication with me. I had twelve different companies come out over three months for estimates and was completely satisfied with my choice and the end results from Pinnacle.

Best roofer in the world

The entire crew w/ Desert Canyon was outstanding. They were courteous, professional, and showed me what was being done from the tear off of my flat roof to the plywood replacement, to the foam spray coverage to the elastomeric paint. I'd recommend this company to anyone.
