I had contacted several companies to get quotes to redo my entire house roof after the storms demolished my porch roofing. Capstone came out the next day, and I got my estimate the following day. Another company didn't even show up for my estimate, and two other companies were about 2K more expensive than my Capstone quote. Obviously I went with Capstone. They were quick to respond to my questions, on time, quality materials, quality work, and they did a good clean-up job after. I highly recommend Capstone if you are looking for a new roof.

We recently hired this company to clean our roof, which was covered with many years of black algae, moss and lichen. Not only was the result amazing (like brand new), ALL of the staff were top notch. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this company.

They never answered their phone or called me back ?

Jack and his company are standouts in a troubled industry. My experience is that they will do the right thing for the right reason I will recommend the to my best friend and their hardest critic. I believe Jack is more concered about doing the right thing than padding his pocket!

I recently used pinnacle roofing to replace he underlayments on my roof. The job itself appears to be well done, however they left a mess behind when they were done despite the contract stating that they were responsible for cleaning up all debris.

As background, I was scheduled to have our roof done in mid July, however pinnacle called me in late June to see if I’d be interested in having them come early. I was going to be on vacation was assured it was no problem as they did not need to access the house.

The mess started they day before I left for vacation which was the first day they started working. After work, I came home to find our pool filled with debris and nails that could’ve wrecked the pool cleaner. When I called pinnacle to explain the issue and my concern given that I’d be out of town, they told me that the pool should’ve been tarped and that they would take care of it.

I returned home from vacation after the job was complete. I immediately found ~10 large nails in the driveway that could’ve easily wrecked my truck tires. I also walked to the backyard to find all of our plants dead and the pool water dangerously low. I later discovered that the water to the house had been shut off while I was gone and not turned back on.

I called pinnacle about this and while they did come out to inspect the quality of the roof work itself, I received no apology for the nails or the water being turned off. Instead I was told that they didn’t turn the water off to the house and that it must have been someone else despite them being the only ones at the house that week. When I asked to be refunded for the $200 we paid to replace the dead plants, they would only credit $100 (this was a $12k project). Their lack of accountability to the sloppy cleanup job by their team makes me think this is a common experience with this crew. If I were to do this job again I would use a different company.

I can not say enough good things about Travis Witt of Nextgen Roofing who conducted and or managed the emergency repairs, the damage documentation and the new roof installation. Their work was very professional, timely, and clean up after completion was exceptional

How many stars do you give a company that more than once say they'll do a job but just never show up.

When I needed a roof inspection High Class Roofing was recommended. From the moment I called them they were professional and took the time to prioritize my inspection needs. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

We are very happy! From our initial meeting with the owner Josh, through final clean-up before the crew left, everything went very smoothly! Really appreciate the quality materials, professionalism, and first-class workmanship! A note on cost: It was comparable to, or even better than, other roofers I met with, and if you intend to go solar, you get the 26% federal tax credit on both the cost of the roof and the cost of solar.

From the initial call to ask for an estimate to the end of the job, everything went smooth and easy. Matt came out within a day or two of my first phone call and did a complete roof inspection (provided photos of all the damage) and quickly identified where the origination of my roof leak started. He was very good about explaining the issue and already had a plan for the remedy.

He explained what he was going to do, how long it would take and how much it would cost. They kept their word at every turn and I am very happy with the job they did and how great they were about getting me on their schedule asap.

I give two thumbs up and five stars, very good company to do business with.

We worked with InEx on our roof that needed to be replaced due to age. Daryl Cook was our representative and we really enjoyed working with him. Clear communication throughout the process and the work was done efficiently. The team that did the work was courteous and professional. We highly recommend inEx!

Home Show Scam?
Saw their display at the Home Show at the Cardinals Stadium earlier this year. I set up an appointment for a renovation consult/estimate. Ray came to the house and seemed overwhelmingly disappointed at me not wanting to spend less than $10k on a project. To prove that, he didn't take but 2 measurements and after several months he never contacted us again. I'm glad I didn't go with them because other contractors didn't have anything good to say about the owner.. too many negatives to list. Disaster averted!

As expected, Overson Roofing was a good company for the job - a new roof. Working with Joey (Estimator) and Jessica (Office contact) and the fellows who did the roofing work was pleasant and straightforward. We are pleased with the quality of the roof and the quality of the work performed. An interesting tidbit: others in the neighborhood stopped by and wrote down the company's name and contact info.

I hired this company on their ratings. I live in another state, my son lives in the house I had roofed. The company gave me a bid and stuck with it even after running into an area my father who is not a carpenter, added on! I was expecting an increase in the bill!! But it never happened!! They sent me pictures of their work!!! My roof is beautiful!! Thanks guys for your honesty and integrity!!

Had been thinking about installing a solar tube in my hallway. Attended one of the home shows, and was sold. Alex was super knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
Once I made the appointment, everything went smoothly. Installation was great, and now I get to enjoy light in the hallway.
