In 2015. We were referred by our realtor and had negotiated a new flat roof, to be credited by our home's sellers as part of the sale/purchase of our home (detrimental reliance). Not only did Mikku & Sons not honor their own price (with our making no alterations or change to the scope of the job they quoted or to the time line for the actual work; and the contract had no open terms), they immediately raisied the price after our contract closed, costing us additional money. The quality of the roof work was far below any acceptable expectation. Our roof has had multiple problems since. Leaking just being an obvious issue. Ponding water, poorly sprayed foam- inadequate coverage in many areas and completely covering conduit and gas lines that shouldn't have been foamed...
I could go on.
We were contracted for a 5 year warranty but after their multiple failures to respond to requests for or honor warranty work, let alone the lack of maintenance of any kind, we terminated our relationship with them, before the end of the warranty term. That term would otherwise still be valid as of this review, Sept, '19.
I consulted with multiple roofing companies and I won't print what the professional assessment of our roof was. But multiple other companies documented the roof with photos and offers to support further action if we chose. Suffice it to say I am grateful to be done with this business and am in the midst of a complete tear off and redo by one of the most competent, well regarded roofing companies in the Valley.
Mikku & Sons failed us and disappointed us in EVERY professional way possible. They win my personal award for the worst professional/home contractor business I have ever dealt with in my life.

Very professional company covering Arrowhead region in the west valley. They stand by their work and do not try to gouge the customers for badly needed repairs. When the leaky roof was repaired in the summer, Castille Roofing did a partial repair where the source of the leak came from. However, over the Christmas holiday we received driving rain which caused more leaking in the same section. They gave us full credit for the work done in the summer and redid the repair work and covered a larger area. We were very grateful that they responded within a week of the new leaking even during the holiday season. All work is guaranteed and pictures of the repair were provided.

I called all over to get quotes for a new roof and Multi Pro Roof Solutions gave me a quote that I was very happy with. I called Patrick and he set me up with Hayden. Hayden took care of everything. Hayden was very Professional and friendly. He was on site throughout the day. They striped the roof down to the wood and put everything back together. He even replaced some of the wood that was bad. Clean up was fantastic. When they were done you couldn't even tell they were there other than the new roof that also looked fantastic. As you can tell I was happy with Hayden his crew and Multi Pro Roof Solutions.

Completed a project on-time and without issues. Easy to work with and very responsive to needs. Coordinated with a HVAC vendor for the upgrade of the roof top units seamlessly.

BEWARE OF GEO ROOFING!!! GEO ROOFING IS A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! IN EARLY FEBRUARY MIKE PETERSON (GEO SALESMAN) CAME TO MY HOUSE AND GAVE ME A QUOTE FOR A NEW ROOF ON MY HOUSE. HE SAID THEY WERE RUNNING 2-3 WEEKS OUT. I PAID THEM A DOWN PAYMENT OF 5500 AND THEY GAVE ME AN INSTALL DATE FOR FEBRUARY 26 2019. LETTY (GEO OFFICE MANAGER) CALLED ME ON THE EVENING OF FEBRUARY 25TH (THE DAY BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO START) AND TOLD ME THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO START UNTIL MARCH 6TH NOW BECAUSE THEY WERE SO BACKED UP. MARCH 6TH CAME AROUND AND NOBODY SHOWED UP AND NOBODY CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I TRIED TO CALL MIKE PETERSON (GEO SALESMAN) AND HE DIDN'T ANSWER. I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE AND HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. HOURS LATER LETTY (GEO OFFICE MANAGER) CALLS ME AND SAYS ALL HER ROOF WORKERS GOT IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND NOW THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO START UNTIL MARCH 11TH. SO THAT DAY CAME AROUND AND GUESS WHAT...NOBODY SHOWED UP AGAIN AND NO CALL FROM GEO LETTING ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I TRIED TO CALL LETTY BUT SHE WOULD NOT TAKE MY CALL. THEY HAVE A RECEPTIONIST SCREENING ALL THE CALLS. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY INSISTENT ON GETTING MY NAME AND WHY AM I CALLING. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY 5500 DOWN PAYMENT SO I HAD TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE!!! THIS COMPANY IS SOOOO BAD. I JUST DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYBODY ELSE. BEWARE OF GEO ROOFING AZ!!!

If this is a sign of things to come, I'll be back! And recommend as well. Capstone employee was on time...courteous..honest...and fixed a tile that had lifted for free. All within 15-20 minutes. Good job!

I am a construction manager and I have been using Gorman for the last two years they have been provided me with quality work with weekly reports and great costumer service Larry is great to work with, its nice to have someone to trust these days. Keep up the good work!

I had my roof redone with Diversified roofing and couldn't have had a better experience. I want to personally thank Quinn, Payton, John Settle and everyone else for all their efforts. From start to finish the entire process was quick and painless. I highly recommend them if you are in need of roof work!

Very happy how the roof came out. Tim was on top of the entire process and made sure that it was nothing short of perfection.

I did not have a great experience with Overson. I had issues where they disconnected our AC when replacing the roof and then put it back incorrectly. I had to call a couple of times to get it taken care of. Parts of the roof had to be corrected upon final inspection and then they put a lien on my property when the job wasn't finished. I would not recommend this company.

Dangerous drivers. One of your employees was driving way too fast yesterday morning and nearly pushed me out of my lane after hitting me with their truck.

Unfortunately did not experience the same level of service as other reviews have claimed.

I feel we were given a rather misleading sales pitch during the estimate and then once the work started we had to followup repeatedly to ask about what they were even doing. The quoted multi-day job would have been done in an hour if my wife hadn't called to ask - and she was was berated over the phone by their field supervisor for doing so (he basically called her stupid for even signing for the job). End result was sloppy at best and I have zero confidence that the issue was even properly fixed.

Received no followup after escalating to the office staff (despite their assurance otherwise). Overall very displeased. Maybe they are great for a brand new roof but don't call for repairs/leaks/small jobs. Their penetration seal is nothing more than caulk and paint...

I've been a Realtor for 20 years and have used the services of Jack the Roofer numerous times for my clients. On this occasion, I was hired by a California woman who wanted to sell her deceased father's home in Mesa. I had told her it would need a new roof, and Jack the Roofer offered the best price of the three companies that provided bids. As always, the work of the Jack the Roofer staff was thorough and timely. It enabled me to sell the house quickly and for the new owner to take comfort that he had a brand new roof.

Follow up stinks! Came out 2 weeks ago for a quote on a new roof. His laptop wasn't working and said he would email it to me. 2 voicemails and two times actually talking to Agusto and still no quote. Checked my spam mail, inbox several times, so that's not an excuse. Sorry guys, you have definitely lost my business, as well as a few others who were asking me who I was going to use.

I had a no-hassle experience with JB&SR after the hail storm a few summers ago. Even when so many people were dealing with the aftermath of the storm, my roof was replaced quickly and the work was well done. There were spots of the roof's structure (of my house built in 1948) that were rotted and needed to be replaced; they pointed these spots out to me, and offered to fix them, without any pressure. It felt like someone looking out for me, and ensuring the job was done right, rather than simply an 'up-sale'. I was glad that they pointed it out to me, and glad I had them do those repairs. All in all, I was perfectly satisfied with the work, the price, and I will use them again next time I need it.
