Best Flat Roofing Installations in Phoenix AZ

It's been a rough couple of years, so when my shop's roof began to leak I wasn't happy. Fortunately I called RENCO as a second estimate. They came in for less money, were prompt, professional and pleasant. They even worked around my solar company to repair my roof BEFORE the monsoon hit. We have already referred them to others. 5 stars!

Great roofing company

Sara was amazing lots of communication and follow up after the job was done.

As a small time landlord I prefer working with trades that have a good reputation and are recommended. That's how I found Mikku & Sons. They have provided prompt and complete services when I've called on them for my rental needs.

We recently sold our primary residence and there were a few small repairs needed on our tile roof. I called Joshua and I soon had a quote and a time frame. Even though Phoenix had experience the wettest July on record (they were swamped) they were able to fit my small job into their schedule. They got the work done within the escrow time frame and smoothed the process for everyone on our end.

(Realtor Review) I was notified on Friday evening just before a holiday weekend that the roof needed to have an inspection done in order for the appraisal to be finalized. Not only was this a holiday weekend but we were set to close the following Tuesday. I called a few roofing companies and while some did answer no one had anyone available. Alfonso with Castile Roofing called me back and was able to get my request to his guy Don. First thing Sunday morning Don was on location going over the roof as well as getting into the attic. The photographs that Don took were very thorough, he did find a few needed repairs but was able to complete them right away. Alfonso was able to get me the roof certification that he knew would be needed by the lender. Overall I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from Alfonso and Don and will 100% be referring their company to any of my clients that need an inspection.

From start to finish it was easy and cleaned up after themselves. Bonnie took care of everything including the insurance

Stapleton Roofing Rocks!!

Decided to get solar panels installed on the roof of my home and Geo Roofing was hired to do a partial reroofing. Not only did they do a very poor job they failed to complete it and my home received water damage due to rain. It’s been 3 months and the issues still isn’t resolved. I highly do NOT recommend this company.

Had roof done by them and foreman rudy it leaked and still does when it rains.

We had damage to a roof vent due to recent high winds. It has been very difficult to get anyone out to repair it since it is such a small job. Curtis-C came through and got it done.

These guys are awesome. We had a leaking roof that needed to be repaired ASAP. I’m glad SunShield Roofing LLC was able to rise to the occasion and had the leaks fixed and a new roof installed in less than 2 weeks. We called Alfredo on a weekend and he was out on Monday to give us a quote. They completed the project in a timely manner and were transparent in the cost and stages of having our roof repaired. They do not have an office in Phoenix. Do not do business with them as they appear to be trying to pretend they have an office but do not.
