The service was A+, 10/10, but my concern was with them trying to access my PayPal to make the payment. I’ve been sitting with this question for a few days now and I’m still confused as to why they thought this was ok. Why don’t you all have a reputable payment system? The audacity to ask for the code for my PayPal has me flabbergasted and concerned. Although the service was by far the best service I’ve received in a while, extremely reliable and informative, this payment situation leaves me hesitant to reach out again.

Simons Electric did a fantastic job replacing both electrical panels and some difficult rewriting. They were both very professional and did a very neat job. They didn’t get finished the first day but came back the very next morning to finish up the job. Everything was explained to me so I could understand what they were doing. We hired them for what we thought was an electrical issue with a light fixture in our kitchen. Turns out it was user error with the bulbs we were buying but M and K were prompt, easy to schedule, and very polite to not point out our mistake! My home warranty company set an appointment with them in the last week of July and as per the emails I received, Croz electrical accepted the service order and they agreed to show up on Aug 1st.No one showed up and I followed up with them on Aug 8th. They said my name is not on the schedule, took all the details and gave new appointment on Aug 10th 1PM.As usual no one showed up, I followed again the next day where they say the same. We don't have your name on the schedule. After raising frustration that they are not meeting their appointments, they ask not to raise voice but couldn't even solve the appointment problem.They cannot even own the responsibility of missed service appointments. Hope, they take responsibility of solving the issue at hand
