My home warranty company set an appointment with them in the last week of July and as per the emails I received, Croz electrical accepted the service order and they agreed to show up on Aug 1st.No one showed up and I followed up with them on Aug 8th. They said my name is not on the schedule, took all the details and gave new appointment on Aug 10th 1PM.As usual no one showed up, I followed again the next day where they say the same. We don't have your name on the schedule. After raising frustration that they are not meeting their appointments, they ask not to raise voice but couldn't even solve the appointment problem.They cannot even own the responsibility of missed service appointments. Hope, they take responsibility of solving the issue at hand
