Darrell was the first person to pick-up, and an hour later our issue was fixed.Darrell is professional, intelligent, and communicative. I contacted on a Monday and talked with Claire about replacing light fixture with a fan. She sent me an estimate, including military discount and scheduled Donovan to come the next day. Claire was so and professional and such a joy to talk with. I was notified about 20 minutes before Donovan arrived. He was such a sweet young man and was diligent in completing all this COVID-19 that is necessary now. He went right to project and within 45 minutes the task was finished. Called Bruno Electrical Contracting, a human actually answered the phone (not an answering machine or dispatch service) and set me up with a technician. The technician arrived promptly at the appointment time, very friendly and right to work troubleshooting the issue. Found the problem, explained how he would fix it, the repair was done promptly, problem resolved. I would recommend it, I will use them again if I have any electrical issues.

Alex is wonderful electrician! I called their company and he was the one who answered the phone and said he could come the same day.He showed up 2hrs later and after asking several questions and inspecting the issue,he was able to determine why the water heater was not working. Got it fixed shortly after and he was gone.I highly recommend him for any plumbing problems you have.

Our stopped working. We contacted several companies trying and get someone out to work the system and they were all booked solid. Same Day was able to come out in two days, which was appreciated! Florence was our service technician. I was a little surprised to see a woman Professional but, that's just what she was. She was knowledgeable and professional. She was able to determine what the problem was in no time. She did a series of tests and checks and ultimately determined that the capacitor was bad. She had it in and the system was blowing ice cold air almost This chick knows what she's doing! I recommend this company and specifically their technician Florence!
