EXCELLENT. We had a home inspector question some issues that didn't make sense to us or to our real estate agent. We'd never had any problems before and we called Tim, who is a certified contractor, and Zack to come evaluate the whole home's electrical functioning.

Tim came by the same day on his way to another job to take a quick look and then came back the next day with an arc tester to test all of the outlets in the house and at the box. He showed my husband personally how everything was working. He was very helpful, totally honest, and prompt in arriving. My husband said, I'd recommend him to anybody.

Lisetta was her name I believe very sweet lady at the front. She helped us find our specific GE water filter in no time. I can always count on this location to have top notch employees that really care. Thank you all and I will definitely recommend this particular location from now on!

They have competitive pricing, and John is a true professional. He's done two separate projects for us. The second one was a ceiling light installation that was much more difficult than anyone could have anticipated. I could see the issue with our ceiling that John described. I told him if he had to cut an additional hole in the top to get the wiring through, it was nothing I couldn't repair. John refused and said I never put holes in people's ceilings unless it's the last resort. He finally got the light installed, leaving only very minor patches for us to take care of. Working with an electrician who takes so much pride in his work is refreshing.

Dylan completed the electrical work needed for our hot tub! He was professional, detailed, organized and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with how how neat the wiring looked. I highly recommend using this company. The office staff is very kind as well! Overall, a pleasant company to do business with.

Made my problems electrical problem disappear. I attempted to wire a complicated switch in my home by myself. That didn't go well. We had an electrical fire that revealed many problems with our old wiring and Blue Sky was hired to completely re-wire the property. Stefan and Tucker showed up everyday on time and in good spirits to handle this daunting task. They were very kind and respectful and were a pleasure to have on the job! UPDATE after the second claim visit and I'm pleased. The same two older gentlemen came out and completed the work on some floor outlets. My husband arrived home before they were finished so he asked again if they would look at the other work he's needing done and provide him with a quote. They did look at it and talk it over for a few minutes but still no response or quote for the work. Needless to say... My husband is pretty irritated. Strange that you can't seem to get them to want to do what would probably be a much better paying job than what they've done so far through our home warranty company. Oh well. Their loss of the business I suppose.

After so many horrible experiences with our previous home warranty carrier and their contractors, I finally found and went with another company and this job was the first claim we made with First American Home Warranty. The work order was immediately sent and we waited the recommended time before reaching out to the contractor ourselves. I left 3 voicemails and never received a call back. I finally got an answer with the 4th call and was to be called back to set up an appointment. That never happened so I went directly to the home warranty service and was put on hold while the representative made a call to them. They were able to get through and get the service call set up. The 2 men who came to do the repairs were here on time and quickly replaced the GFI outlet that was not working and causing several others to have no power either. So, while it was difficult to get the appointment made (i won't wait so long to call them my own self next time), we were pleased with their punctuality and short amount of time it took to get the job done. While they were here, my husband asked them about doing another job for us that would not be anything related to the home warranty. They said they would be able to do it and that they would have a quote put together for him. That has never happened and my husband is a bit angry because neither man can recall the conversation or even remember being out here on our property in the first place. I am more understanding than he is but now that we have a second electrical claim he is not pleased that they will be sending the same company. Hopefully, I can smooth things over with him and they will be better at contacting us on this claim and he will feel better about having them go ahead with the additional work for us. It isn't easy to get contractors to want to come out here to Blanchard even though it is only 25 min from the city. I'll be back on here after this second claim is completed! Hopefully with a good report.
