Good size company. Service Electricians have it rough...the pay does not compensate a skilled worker that has to be his own secretary...the paperwork and process they use wares on you quickly! Deem does same way...if they paid more,it may not be so bad. It is like running service calls as an independant Contractor,but getting paid $24 hr. You get a phone and van,both used as tracking devices. They have a hard time keeping guys. I dont have to imagine why.

Jake and Jeremy of Central Electric just finished running wire for my hot tub which required burying the wire around a concrete patio. They also installed a ceiling fan in a cathedral ceiling. Jake was very responsive in all our communications, quick with a fair estimate, did a great job and stayed busy, They were very professional, took their boots off before entering my house after working in the yard, and were polite, friendly, and cordial. I will use CE again in a heartbeat if I need electrical work done. I highly recommend them.

R&G recently installed a new Cummins 22kW residential generator on our newly purchased home. Romney personally designed the installation of the transfer switch and all of the connections. He, and his team, have done a good job of ensuring our full satisfaction with the installation and various additional challenges that we have thrown at him. I am extremely disgusted and angered by the lack of professionalism and lack of response from this company. Your company did the wiring for homes on the southside of Indianapolis. My sunroom has been completely without power for a little over 1 week. I scheduled an appointment for Monday, February 21st, a day I had off from work. The receptionist/office manager scheduled me for the time period of 1 to 4. I waited and called at 3pm to verify that someone was still coming out. I was told that some would be here within the hour. Well, as I write this, it is 6:24pm and no one has called or shown up. I've wasted 1/2 a day waiting and missed several opportunities to do things as well as have another company come out to assist. No one, NO ONE, had the descent courtesy to even call to notify me of any changes, etc... I will be sure to not recommend this company to anyone and will report this incident to the BBB.

I can't express enough how angry and disappointed I am that no one even bothered to call or notify me of any changes. I understand that things happen, but to just be brushed off completely? Not acceptable! This was 100% unprofessional and flat out rude!
