Scheduled work to be performed . Date was given to me by Mr Electric. Received two text messages to confirm and remind me plus an email to get a call the day of service stating they didn't have anyone available and didn't know why it was scheduled for the date and time it was scheduled for. That there after hours group scheduled it. However the appointment was made on a Monday at 12:50pm which is during their working hours.That's not acceptable.

He is very nice and clean work. I will definitely recommend to other to contact him for any electrical work. He very experienced.

This certified electrician has just finished installing three large outdoor lights in my backyard. The lights were well-installed with a professional touch and the electrician was very knowledgeable about how to properly handle them.

This company is seriously THE BEST! Over the past 5+ years my home survived off of a few outlets for lighting because none of our ceiling lights worked. We had so many Electricians over those years come into our home and tried to repair our lights and outlets but they were always unsuccessful to complete the work.

The local electrician came in repairing broken fan . They are really professional and super friendly. I had a friend who's fan broke and he fixed it really quick and got it back to her in time for the party.

Ken never got back with me. Told him what i needed done . Gave him my address to come and give me an estimate. Also texted him. I'm not going to keep asking. There are many more electricians than him.

Good service

The outcomes had me pleased beyond words. Quickly responding to all of their electrical issues, their electrician arrived. He answered every issue I had and did a great job installing the outlet.

Tech came in and asked for the service call money upfront. His attitude was very negative from the beginning. He opened the outlet and said that the ground was improperly installed in the outlet. When I asked him how he knew, he said the cables in the house don't go bad and we inherit problems from prior owners. Maybe an animal had damaged it.

The outlet stop working and showed an open ground. We have lived here for over 10 years. The outlet had been working properly before. He said if I had problems with the warranty company it was time to look for a new one. He said he can repair it if I paid $450 in addition to the service call. Not a good company to call.

As a temporary contractor with JBI, I can say that they are among the best electrical contractors I have worked for. They stay focused and protect their employees and contractors alike. They are super efficient and allow no slackers.

I highly recommend Desnina Electric. Desire, the owner, is prompt, professional, honest and competent. He was able to diagnose and repair several electrical issues in my home that the 4 electricians I hired previously were unable to figure out. Nick did an excellent job in communicating with us regarding the repairs we needed. He explained the issues we had and what it would take to fix them. I greatly appreciated the honesty and transparency. Nick arrived early and worked diligently to get the problem fixed to restore power quickly to our home.
