Not a professional business. Unmarked 1970's era run down van and tattered overalls. Didn't seem positive on what he was looking at though he did get the power up. Worst was that he accepted a check with his business name on it and left. Then he came back 15 minutes after I left, called me on the phone and demanded that I return home to write him a check to him personally. Then called me a thief when I explained that I was busy and could not return right away. I should have called the police because he then broke into my back yard and sabotaged the pool equipment (stole the timer clips). Do not use this electrician. I suspect the check written out personally was for tax evasion as he kept repeating that he was trying to retire. Well quit trying!

Cano came out for me on a cold holiday weekend because my heater had died as a result of an electrical problem. I was very happy with the service, professionalism, experience of the technician, and promptness! I had heat back on the same day that I called them. Highly recommend.

Employees are rude. estimating department is totally useless and they are dishonest. Most of their positive reviews are employees or formers employees.

Quality People!

First of all, they were able to see me the day I called, that same morning in fact. I had a previous appointment I couldn’t miss and they went out of their way to accommodate that. Tech was professional and worked fast. Would use them again for sure.

I just had service done with KBW Electric. I have to say that it was the most incredible experience I have had with an electrician. What I specifically liked most about KBW is his honesty and high quality of work. Along the way, he educated me as he worked, which helped me feel more familiar with my house. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend KBW to anyone who need honest and quality work. He is My Guy from now on.

Rude. I called because he'd worked on a house I moved into. I don't understand the need to be rude to an urgent request for assistance on work he'd done. The second time I called, he told me where to look for something, which was great and highly appreciated, but was still rude. I thanked him anyway. The third time, I simply asked him a question about the breaker box he'd worked on. He snapped at me so I just said thanks and hung up. However, I'm still dealing with the breaker box issue. I can see it wasn't something he'd worked on, but since it dealt with electrical work, I figured he'd be able to help me. Clearly, I was wrong. I won't call him again for anything unless his workmanship needs work. In which case, I'll be sure to have a man present since it's possible he's one of those guys? Not sure. Haven't been able to actually talk to the guy because he's always RUDE. Roy, if you read this, try NOT assuming I'm in for an attack and simply just stressed about an issue that you have expertise in and was totally willing to hire you to fix. But ya know, whatever. There are other electricians and the breaker box won't care who's working on it.
