Scheduling my appointment was easy and quick - I was able to have my appointment scheduled within a week (it was a non-emergency, they also do emergency appointments that are much quicker).Warren was fantastic! He was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. He was happy to discuss options with me and answer questions to help me decide what work I wanted performed during that appointment. Additionally, he gave an up front price based on the description of the work we agreed upon that I felt was reasonable.Additionally, he went above and beyond when I asked about a chunk of rebar sticking out of the ground near my slab that I thought was my grounding cable. He clarified that it was not the grounding cable (or related at all to the electrical system of the house) but it presented a safety concern nonetheless and he made it a point to cut it down for me to remove the hazard.I highly recommend that you at least consider Mr. Electric if you have electrical work that you need completed.

I needed a wire run 80 ft underground to my well. It was an urgent appointment and they came out right away and fixed the problem! Would hire again!!

$49 trip charge for a switch which wasn’t working. Which seemed reasonable. Electrician arrived. Quoted us $341 total (inclusive of trip charge) to diagnose and correct problem. 10-15 minutes later he stated that the problem had been located and couldn’t be corrected. Alternatively, we could run all new wiring for $1300, but that would be on top of the $341. $341 for less than an hour of work with no solution. Manager was even less help when I called.

Brandon was a pleasure to work with and did a great job trenching our very step hill for electric bury, something I don't think most electricians would have signed up for.

To avoid that, Henry came up with an alternate solution that avoided all that, so if you're looking for someone who does good work and will work with you to find the right solution for your needs, these guys are a good choice.
