This company hasn't let me down in over a year. The office lost power during a recent windstorm. I contacted their emergency line and they came within an hour. They have amazing customer service, are attentive to queries and issues, and are knowledgeable.

Horrible Service.
Had read the 8 positive reviews and hopeful that my warranty company got a reputable individual to help resolve my needs.
That was far from the case, tech arrived late and lacked all professionalism. Was in a hurry to get job done and move on without even providing a receipt.
All said, he didn't even fix the issues and now am having to contact the warranty company for escalated assistance
