This was a challenging install in which the installer had to tap into an already overly taxed panel and run the 220 line completely across my home through the attic and down the walls. I called to speak to an employee named Justin Allen who helped me once before but when I called another time suddenly he no longer worked there until I can up to the Benbrook/Fort Worth office where he did in fact work. Poor people and communication skills.
