Rick came out on time and made sure he completely understood what we needed. He had great ideas that saved me time and money while resolving all our issues. We needed quite a bit of work done but they were in and out in one day--permits and all!

Couldn’t ask for a more professional experience! The company let me know Mike, the electrician, was on the way and he arrived right on the dot, was very courteous, took time to patiently inform me of the work to be done and his progress. When the work was complete the area was left clean and just like he found it with a great outcome.

They have done 2 jobs for me now. And being a new homeowner it is hard to find a trustworthy company. But I will only use them for any electrical issues I have. Great company.

Honestly went above and beyond my expectations. They were super responsive, even answering a text i sent at 9pm. They made sure to remind me about the administartive tasks I needed to do as homeowner, which was super useful to me. They were very quick and unobtrusive. I paid my invoice in advance using the estimate, and they issued a refund when the actual cost ended up being lower than the estimate. Its a small thing, but it emphasizes their work ethic and honesty. When they came out for the estimate they made sure to explain what was necessary and the different options I had to go about it. My go-to electricians.

Fort Worth Electrician Pros has done a few jobs for us. We initially had them come out to upgrade our panel and fix a lot of wiring problems found on inspection. I recommend them very highly and without reservation.

Horrible Service.
Had read the 8 positive reviews and hopeful that my warranty company got a reputable individual to help resolve my needs.
That was far from the case, tech arrived late and lacked all professionalism. Was in a hurry to get job done and move on without even providing a receipt.
All said, he didn't even fix the issues and now am having to contact the warranty company for escalated assistance
