Noah was here to install a replacement over the counter microvave, a ceiling fan in the sunroom, and install some outdoor lights we had bought. Turns out, the outdoor lights were not going to work as we had hoped but he found some already attached to the house that, with a little Noah magic, could be made to do what we needed. We are going to return the ones we bought to the store because we now have some lighting shining at the back corners of the yard. He is an amazing tech who is able to let us know what a problem is, give us a possible fix, help with hanging fixtures, and help with future plans. Hop2It Electric has never failed to please.

Why is there no option for Zero Stars?? This is the worst service I have ever received. Simon Sanchez is the owner and I dealt directly with him to solve my household issues. My house was struck by lightning in June of 2013; and in March of 2014, I am still trying to get everything resolved. He refuses to give a warranty on the work done on the house and will not take ownership of the shoddy workmanship by re-replacing the thermostats in my house. I have a heat pump unit and he installed the standard thermostat which resulted in a much higher than normal electric bill.

BW Electric came out after we had another company tells us we needed a new panel, BW Electric informed us this was not the case at all and just needed a minor repair which he did on site. Everything in our house was back to normal in under an hour including some outlets that hadn’t been working. Very grateful for them and the service and honesty they provided us.

Randy was excellent and knowledgeable. To come out and diagnose the problem as only $89, a lot cheaper than the usual $125 and $150 fee other companies charge. Randy ended up changing 2 electrical breakers to our old house. The company was great about confirming the appointment and also sent a picture of the technician via text before his arrival which I appreciated.
