Great customer service. Always prompt and courteous and the technicians that show up are always highly professional, friendly and they do a great job! Clint was simply outstanding!Mr. Electric is not always the cheapest option (not sure any electrician is cheap), but they are always a great option. I've used them 3 or 4 times and they are my go to for electrical issues and installs.

For your company to reference, the name on our account was Jerre Land (which they spelled wrong after I spelled it out for them several times).I have had a room in my house where none of the wall outlets have worked for several years now. I finally decided I wanted to get an electrician out here and fix it so I looked some up and found these guys with their really great reviews. However, I'm not sure if these reviews have been paid for or are all friends and family or what... but my experience with them was far from decent. They sent out Mike Guajardo, who apparently has 14 years of experience. He quickly discovered that the issue was a faulty breaker switch... and he told me that those breaker switches are no longer made and nearly impossible to find now, which was a straight out lie. The options he gave was to either reroute the power and disable power from another room (which he had already done to test this, but I had no idea what was disabled so that wasn't going to work) and he was going to charge over $321 for this... The other option was to replace my entire breaker panel for over $4500... which is well above the average for such a job. I declined both as I felt he was trying to take advantage of me. Shortly after, I called another electrical company and explained what had just happened, and they asked for photos of my breaker box and the breaker switch in question, which I sent. They then called me back and told me that those breaker switches are READILY AVAILABLE. I couldn't believe it, so I was really trying to make sure we were looking at the same breaker switch. I set an appointment for him to come out the next morning and replace the breaker switch with a brand new one for $159! Sure enough, he came out and replaced it as promised and everything works perfectly now! He also said if I wanted my panel replaced at some point he could do that and he'd have to replace parts around my meter as well and that would all cost about $3200!I don't know if this is standard practice for 24-7 Electrical Services, or if Mike Guajardo is just a bad apple, but they were clearly trying to take FULL advantage of me and Mike lied straight to my face! He also appeared to be very angry when I declined those options, storming back over to my breaker panel saying he was just going to leave at as is! How unprofessional! He was just going to leave me with no power in a random area of my house which I had no idea of! What if that breaker went to my fridge!? I had to demand for him to put it back how it was. Do NOT trust this company just because of their good reviews! I do not trust this company at all myself, due to my personal experience as outlined above... and to be honest, I do not see how they have ANY good reviews if this is how they conduct themselves. We have a lot more work to be done around the house, and we would have hired you guys to do it if you had done us right. Instead, the other electrician we had come out is going to be getting all of that work.

These guys get it done no matter what. I have been doing business with Doug for over 5 years. His faith and work ethic are unmatched. I highly recommend this team for whatever job.....no job is too big or too small.

Did not used their service. But they do need better phone skills. We got stuck behind their truck in the Express Lane while they were going 65mph (the express is 75mph). Thought, well I'll call and ask if they can have their truck speed up or take the next exit. So I called, and explained just that. And the man who answered the phone replied Lady, why do you care how fast my truck is going?! and it went down hill from there. So I said thanks for your time, and hung up. Hope their electric skills are better than that.

This was truly the worst experience I've ever had with a consult. I contacted Arrow for a consultation on hard wiring my security system, fixing my doorbell, and getting clarification on light switches that were hooked up to a smart system that is no longer in the house and I wanted to make sure they would all still work properly. This jamoke came to my house, looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to hire an ELECTRICIAN to do ELECTRICAL work at my house. Seemed confused about what hard wiring means - and told me multiple times that hubs and keypads can't be hard wired because there isn't somewhere to PLUG IN the USB or hub plug - like, duh guy. That's why I am trying to hire your company to HARD WIRE it. Then when telling him that I recently took the working doorbell off and installed a wired nest ring cam but the ringer wasn't working, he told me over and over again that the chime is broken and doesn't work. It worked yesterday. It's worked for 50 years, but sure - ok. Then he kept asking me when I wanted them to come install the new light switched. Yeah. Right. Never happening. His last words were Usually we charge a service call fee but we didn't accomplish anything so I guess I'll let that go. Gee, thanks. What a waste of 30 minutes. Terrible excuse for an electrician. Don't waste your time, even if you won't pay for it.

I'm really happy with the new consumer unit, which replaced my previous one. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner, and the area was left spotless. Having worked with them, I look forward to working with them again.

I've worked with Ken for several years and have found him to be honest, dependable, and very knowledgeable. He does excellent work at a fair price. He looks for solutions to problems rather than look for problems in order to charge you more. I would highly recommend him for electrical repairs and electrical remodeling.
