We had an excellent experience with a technician who went above and beyond. The service is expensive, but ultimately, I felt as though I had cut several corners with renovation and repair projects in the past and had paid dearly for poor work, unable to get in contact with the technicians or contractors who did the work, and left with more expenses to repair shoddy work at the end of the day. I would hire Mr. Sparky again and had a good experience.

In my three years of employment with this organization, I have never encountered a problem. They handle every power restoration in my neighborhood, and they always complete it swiftly and effectively. I would strongly advise anyone looking for power restoration to use this company.

Had a problem that my limited skills could not figure out. Mike and coworker proved their expertise and abilities by analyzing and fixing all of the issues. Expensive? Compared to some things yes but their electrical expertise, skill set and reliability are worth the cost for safety and correct electrical connections.

He explained issues so that we understood what needed to be addressed and brought issues to our attention that needed to be considered before making decisions. We ended up needing a lot more work done to correct past errors and short cuts to get our home safe and functional and to accomplish all the things we were looking to do, and we fully trusted Christopher with the job. The AC unit in my house went out, and I was in need of a whole new outside and inside unit, that was a huge surprise. I searched around and came across Team Enoch. Jake was very responsive and quick on trying to get things resolved for my family and I. Our house temperature was in the high 80s and Jake offered a portable ac unit, after hours, and on a Friday I might add. On the date of install, it went flawless thanks to Brian and Shamar. They arrived between the time frame given and were very professional. They walked me through everything they did at the end of install. I would definitely recommend.

Turner Electric installed my ring security devices; removed two old home alarm systems and other assorted old phone jacks, motion sensors, alarms, and wiring; and fixed the electric post lamp in the front yard. Not only are they the best electricians I've ever worked with, they're honest and nice people who really informed me about my options and went the extra mile to try to achieve everything I was wanting to do--and exceeded my expectations. For the combined experience of a father-son team, and the great quality of their work, I found their prices very fair. They completed a day's work painlessly and were just fun to have around. A couple weeks out and everything's working perfectly. I would not hesitate for a second to call them again & highly recommend.

I hired JSR for a fairly big project: replaced 5 ceiling fans, install 2 huge crystals chandeliers, breakfast room lightings, closet lightings, new outlets, switches, light bulbs replacements on a 20 ft ceiling, etc...and these guys were troopers. They spent a total of 4 full days at our house and making sure we were happy with everything they put in place. Colin, Josh and Jeremy were the main guys for this project and I couldn’t have been happier. They were always on time, professional, and never a complaint. Colin even came on his day off on a weekend to fix our outlets as well. Cannot forget to mention Alecia and Monica as well. They were always helpful and super responsive over the phone. Thanks JSR!
