I hate to even give a star if there was a negative 100 I would have given that. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company. The people that work for him are liars and rude. I never ever write reviews but this company deserves a negative review. They put a whole in my roof without telling me and only put roofing tar to cover the whole. They put a whole in my master bedroom when all I wanted was 7 cameras to be installed instead of 2 wholes. They broke my camera cord and told me to purchase a new one myself and take it off of my cost to them. I wouldn't take a chance at using them for my electricity especially when you find out one of the guys spent time in jail and is now installing my security cameras. HONESTY goes a long ways and THEY ARE LIARS!!!!!!! I did get a reduced fee, but I would have gotten more if I knew I had a whole in my roof, but the honesty person I am I wanted them to have their money. They did fix the roof, but not prepared came with only my shingle and no tar paper to cover the whole. The co-owner emailed me and I responded back saying I wasn't satisfied and I have been waiting for months so I decided since he isn't trying to fix the problem so I would let people know to AVOID so they don't have the same issues. Needless to say I still have one more camera I need up but to scared to use anyone. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

I called B.W Electric to come out and service my fan. The person who came out claimed to be the owner of the company stated I can't repair or service your celing fan if you do not have the manual on hand. The man spoke in a very derogitive tone to both I and my family, he refused to provide service for an electronic appliance and left me without providing the services that I had hired him for.

I work for a general contractor in the estimating department and have been talked in circles and lied to by employees here any time I try to get an estimate for a job, I have a number of examples I could go into detail on! Entirely unprofessional to tell us one thing the next week and then lie the next or lie directly to me while I have evidence of you knowing about a project in front of my face. Disgusted by the quality of the estimating services here. Just say you don't want to submit a bid or simply don't want to work with another GC, don't lie and act on the fence.

Christopher with Desnina Electric took care of us and did a great job. We needed a residential repair that involved going in to our attic and working on our gfci outlet and panel in our garage. Christopher came out on short notice and was prompt. He walked me through each step he would take to repair after troubleshooting and then quoted us the price. After the work was completed, Christopher showed me that the problem was resolved and checked each effected outlet around the exterior of our home. Thanks for taking care of us and your professionalism.
