Very professional service from quote to implementation. Arc Angel installed an Eco-Flow new-to-market battery back-up system for our home, including installation of a new smart home panel, and modification of our existing home panel. After service follow-up was terrific too. Michael from Arc Angel checked in to make sure all was working and was quick to respond to messages when we had questions regarding our installation. I recently moved in to old fliped house with really bad electrical work (bathroom light switch turns on 4 outlets in livingroom etc...). Also my house has gas dryer set up with 110v, but I wanted 240v-4 prong standard set up. They came out the day I called and gave me an estimate. They are very professional, and get things done. I will use their service again for more electrical anomaly I find in my house. Very satisfied with the service, competitive price.

Why is there no option for Zero Stars?? This is the worst service I have ever received. Simon Sanchez is the owner and I dealt directly with him to solve my household issues. My house was struck by lightning in June of 2013; and in March of 2014, I am still trying to get everything resolved. He refuses to give a warranty on the work done on the house and will not take ownership of the shoddy workmanship by re-replacing the thermostats in my house. I have a heat pump unit and he installed the standard thermostat which resulted in a much higher than normal electric bill.

I had an issue with my pool pump. Other electricians charged me for their time but could not fix the problem. I found BW electric and they came over and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Very reasonable and very pleasant to deal with. I will use them again.

As a temporary contractor with JBI, I can say that they are among the best electrical contractors I have worked for. They stay focused and protect their employees and contractors alike. They are super efficient and allow no slackers.

Christopher did a great job replacing my damaged meter mast and box after it pulled loose from my house. Of course, city red-tape and the standard lack of urgency from the power company caused an overnight delay in making necessary repairs, but Christopher helped me navigate these obstacles and certainly minimized my downtime. He did quality work and stayed until the power company guys reconnected my service. If needed I will certainly do business with him again, and I highly recommend him to others.

He took the time to explain what was needed and made me feel real comfortable. For my rehabs I make one call when I need an electrician. He does a great job!

This is the second time I've used Wilson Home Services to repair leaks in my home, in both cases they've been professional, curteous, thoughtful and responsive. Adam Brockelman has recently gone out of his way to make sure everything was ok and reassuring all our concerns. Was driving down the road today and one of their trucks number truck 26 zoomed around me in a 40 mph zone after 5pm. He was breaking the speed limit then he got in front of me cut me off and then proceeded to give me dirty looks from his side mirror as if I was doing something wrong because I was following the speed limit. Doesn’t seem very professional to me and he looked like a slob. I tried to call the company to report it but every time I called no one answered it didn’t even ring as if it was disconnected.Hopefully he won’t kill somebody on his way home on the weekend so at least other people can live to enjoy their’s
