Went to the task at hand and made all changes that were needed, I had him give me an estimate for more electrical work and he seemed to try and save me money where he could. This was truly the worst experience I've ever had with a consult. I contacted Arrow for a consultation on hard wiring my security system, fixing my doorbell, and getting clarification on light switches that were hooked up to a smart system that is no longer in the house and I wanted to make sure they would all still work properly. This jamoke came to my house, looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to hire an ELECTRICIAN to do ELECTRICAL work at my house. Seemed confused about what hard wiring means - and told me multiple times that hubs and keypads can't be hard wired because there isn't somewhere to PLUG IN the USB or hub plug - like, duh guy. That's why I am trying to hire your company to HARD WIRE it. Then when telling him that I recently took the working doorbell off and installed a wired nest ring cam but the ringer wasn't working, he told me over and over again that the chime is broken and doesn't work. It worked yesterday. It's worked for 50 years, but sure - ok. Then he kept asking me when I wanted them to come install the new light switched. Yeah. Right. Never happening. His last words were Usually we charge a service call fee but we didn't accomplish anything so I guess I'll let that go. Gee, thanks. What a waste of 30 minutes. Terrible excuse for an electrician. Don't waste your time, even if you won't pay for it.

Why is there no option for Zero Stars?? This is the worst service I have ever received. Simon Sanchez is the owner and I dealt directly with him to solve my household issues. My house was struck by lightning in June of 2013; and in March of 2014, I am still trying to get everything resolved. He refuses to give a warranty on the work done on the house and will not take ownership of the shoddy workmanship by re-replacing the thermostats in my house. I have a heat pump unit and he installed the standard thermostat which resulted in a much higher than normal electric bill.

Lawrence from BW came to troubleshoot getting power to my AC unit and he was wonderful, professional and a pleasure to talk to. I will use him again and cannot more highly recommend his services. Please pass on my thanks. Raeleen

Brett and Jim did an incredible job updating and modernizing our electrical system while we were remodeling. They were friendly, responsive, and explained the complex process thoroughly. Tarrant Electric has always been our go to company for any electrical issues we have had with our business. They have helped us installed new light ballast multiple times and have replaced some breakers on our heaters. They provide a very professional service, quality workmanship, are on time, all at a fair price! We will continue to use them!

I needed to upgrade the electrical in my shop to accommodate new 220V tools, add more 120V outlets, and upgrade an existing circuit. They gave me a very reasonable estimate, and when I scheduled the service appointment, they were right on time. They caught some corners the previous contractors had cut and were able to repair that and add a subpanel as well as complete the original job in the same day and for a reasonable price. I'll be calling them for all my electrical needs in the future, and I'd recommend y'all do the same.
