I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

I contacted Electri-serve to replace my service panel and they sent Mr. Kessinger to give me a quote. Mr. Kessinger was professional and knowledgeable and gave me a great price. I then email Mr Kessinger on 5/21 saying I'd like to hire them he responded on 5/21 saying Stacey will get with you to schedule a date for the work. Today is now 7/24 and I never heard a peep from the companies scheduler Stacey so I hired JW electric and paid the extra 300 for a company that will actually contact you back and schedule a date to preform the work you are trying go hire them for. In the future I will not even waste my time with Electri-serve if they can not even be bothered to contact a customer that is trying to pay them for a service they say they do. Do not waste your time

We had a new 200 Amp service installed at our new home along with some additional work adding GFCI duplex outlets, updated dimmer switches and some other work.

Dutch Creek Electric was fantastic! Their technicians were professional, knowledgable, efficient, friendly, courteous and very sensitive to COVID exposure concerns, wearing masks all day, each of 3 days during a comprehensive work-list. Dutch Creek Electric installed switches and outlets, installed wiring and switches, then ceiling fans and lights in multiple rooms, installed bathroom exhaust fans and switches, which hadn't existed before, installed an attic gable fan, replaced the main electrical panel, inclusive of the upgraded grounding system, piping, etc. Bravo and Thank you to the amazing Team at Dutch Creek! There are not enough words to describe how good they were, how seamless the inspection and estimate process was, and how easy the payment process was after the work was completed to my satisfaction. They coordinated the inspection and approval process and made that seamless, as well. Bravo, Kudos and Thank You to Dutch Creek Electric!

Super easy to communicate with and pretty available on short notice. I've used JM three times and I will continue to go to them with any future work. Sebastian especially is lovely - he knows what he's doing.

They rewired our entire house which was built in 1959. An MCM gem. They were respectful of our homes historic status, quality of the work was exceptional and the price was fair and reasonable for the big job it became. We will continue to use Jimmy and his techs if we need any electrical work.

The owner is very friendly and kind. His first priority is safety and will double check to make sure everything is done properly. He puts safety over making money and will lower the price in the name of safety. Highly recommend. We will be having him come back to do more projects.
