I had an emergency on a Wednesday night, and Allstar was able to come out next day thanks to a cancelation. The tech was friendly, informative, and most of all speedy. He got both of my damaged outlets repaired in maybe a half hour. Also, the phone agent I spoke with was very friendly! I'll absolutely use this vendor in the future if I need any additional work completed.

I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

HEART was able to come out on short notice and fix our clogged tub. From the original person who help set up my appointment all the way to Jason Jagger being an outstanding service man was very pleasant! I am revising my review because the five smoke alarms installed by Absolute malfunctioned yesterday, requiring the fire department to fix. I learned that the models installed were significantly sub par, and while I paid a premium, the company will not stand behind their work or product.After paying more than $9000 for services and products, the technician was not authorized to do the right thing today and replace poor workmanship. The technician, said the company recognized Seneca’s poor workmanship, and got rid of him, but will not authorize, making good to the customer.Previous review: Upon purchasing our new home we wanted to change out every (70) electrical outlet and switch in the place. I feel so fortunate to have connected with Absolute and that Seneca was sent out. He is like that younger brother who is a master electrician and can fix and/or diagnose everything. He’s professional, intelligent, articulate, careful and capable. He’s easy to have in the house when I’m working. He knows what he is doing and gets it done! Highly recommend both Seneca and Absolute for all your electrical and HVAC needs! Really appreciate the recommendation of a membership as well. Has saved lots of money.

Tim and his son David rewired our kitchen for a kitchen remodel two weeks ago. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. In fact their price was $1,000.00 less than a competitor's bid. We will be using them to finish our basement in the near future.

In our every interaction, the team at Carlton has always been honest and forthright. By all indications this is an excellent Colorado business that works hard to do things right.

My experience with Tom at South Metro Electric has been poor, to say the least. He missed 3 appointments to come to my house and install the electric for our hot tub. On each occasion when we called to figure out what was going on and why he wasn't there the folks at SME chose not to answer the phone or call us back. After repeated calls and emails on each occasion we finally got a response from Tom with some other lame excuse about why he couldn't make it. His final excuse was that it's hard to commit. Hard to commit? To making an appointment and showing up for it? That's not the kind of person or place I'm interested in working with. There are a ton of good, and reliable, electricians in this town...I would recommend passing on SME and hiring someone who wants your business.
