Justin came to our house on time. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about electrical codes.
He did the repairs and gave me warnings of outdated circuit panels. He spoke way over my head about electrical stuff until my head was swimming, but I think I got the major points he was conveying.
He did the repair needed at a reasonable price.
Justin did not clean up after himself. I was left to vacuum up after him and move things back that he had moved about.
