“BUYER BEWARE!!!! Sadly, zero stars is not an option.
When a motor in a furnace (that WireNut installed 4 years ago) died, the part was covered by a warranty and all I had to pay was labor. The repairman had to call back to the office to get the quote, and returned with a quote north of $2000. He explained that it would take the rest of the day (it was 11:30 am and he'd been at the house for an hour and a half trying to figure out what was wrong) because it was very complex. I reluctantly agreed since I didn't see any good options and a need to leave town that afternoon. He left to pick up the new part and returned at 1:30 pm. He worked for just over an hour and left at 2:50 pm. He was here for less than three hours all in. I called The WireNut because I was sure that three hours of diagnosis and labor combined couldn't possibly be $2000, but I was wrong. They say they charge by the job and not the time although the first person I talked to there said that the tech determines the price. I told them that it seemed unreasonable to pay over $600/hour because, even with overhead costs, the mark up has to be over 100%. When I told them I would go to the BBB and Next Door to make sure folks were aware that they were paying such hefty fees, they generously offered me a credit of $250 if I wouldn't do so. I told them that was unacceptable so they offered me a $500 credit if I wouldn't write anything negative AND they would not warranty the work they'd done! Adding insult to injury, they didn't even give me the 5% military discount I was due and they won't return calls. I have it on good authority that WireNut technicians pay a small set fee to WireNut and they can charge as much as they can get on top of that. STAY AWAY FROM WIRENUT!!!!”

Had a sump pump replaced. Service was on time and with a very thorough explanation of pump selection and installation. Very pleased with the installation and highly recommend Brothers for your plumbing needs.

We had Austin Hinkle as the technician who inspected our furnace. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about his job. Was flexible in working around our schedule and was very pet friendly, even giving our dogs treats!

After attempting refurb on old furnace, i needed a new furnace install (w/ac and even a new wifi thermostat included), which i expected. They had it scheduled and completed the next day. Their service was exceptional, professional, and fast, from front office to techs. They pull a permit - which not every company will do - and everything was brought up to code. Great financing, too, if needed. Adian, Alden, Aaron, Alex and a couple more whose names ive forgotten were so helpful. Worth the money to give them a call.UPDATE 2/8/23: It was time for my furnace tune up, plus thermostat lost its wifi connection (the thermostat is a different company that they use and it does not always link up with Xfinity very well). Brandon tuned up furnace in 10 mins and got my thermostat reconnected to wifi. Great service by Brandon AND front office!

This is a great company. The customer service is one of the best I have experienced. Call on the weekend - even after hours - someone answers - someone that is helpful. I use them for my air conditioner. Carlos their Tec on my service call was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, explained what he was doing, asked if I had questions and put on booties every time he entered my house. Carlos did a great job being the face of the company. I would use this company again and would recommend them - my experience was just that great.
